United KingdomThe drinks weren’t great. They didn’t taste that nice and there were no cocktails available. There was no Malibu and no pina colada which I think are essential on a holiday. The wine was drinkable if you put ice in it and after a while we got used to it. The rose was actually nicer than the white in the end. The water was lovely and cold from the dispenser, but was served in flimsy plastic cups of which you needed two in order to pick it up. The orange juice was horrible, like a very artificial squash.
The best thing about this hotel was the lovely wide pool and perfectly located pool which is right in front of the sea and gets the sun from morning till evening. The pool was also a lovely temperature - refreshing without being cold. I loved every day here sunbathing and looking out at the sea in front.

The music was playing to many of the same music everyday. The should make a playlist for each day switch it up a bit. also no spicy food we love spicy

NetherlandsPoor wifi in the room, depends where you sit. AC is quite loud although you can still fall asleep as it's kind of white noise. However the AC was not particularly effective in my room.
very nice and helpful staff, good food with a wide variety, very clean rooms, good looking, well equipped hotel with a very convenient access to the beach via a tunnel under the road. It's a tunnel only for hotel guests as it's right next to the hotel pool.

United States of AmericaIndoor pool was with cold water, but may be its a minus just for us, as we were with a kid. I'm sure after the sauna (which they also have), such pool would be perfect ))). But all other things were fully compensating this!
I liked everything: food, staff, facilities, own beach, room, location! If we go again to Alanya, we will definetelly try to stay in this hotel again.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Location was perfect, so close to everywhere. Staffs were amazingly friendly especially chefs and waiters at the restaurant. Foods were sooo soo good especially on 30th August, the buffet was mindblowing.

Hotel location is very good just right at the beach. hotel has their own section of beach with sunbeds. rooms are big enough and very clean. foods are very tasty huge selection and every different menu. lots of nice deserts and fruits. Good selection of cocktails.

NetherlandsThe food in the restaurant was not tasty and the choice was very poor. The wifi in the hotel was weak and worked fine only at the reception area. Although the animation team did a great job keeping the crowd entertained, the daily program was exactly the same every day. It gets quite boring after a week. Additionally, it is a pity that there was no hotel bar at the hotel beach. It would have been great to get a little cocktail or a wine at the beach as well. There are no irons in the room, and there is also no possibility to rent one. The only way to iron your clothes is by the hotel laundry service for additional costs per item. Lastly, the air conditioning in the rooms could be updated. The temperature in the room did not fall below 27C after being on all night.
The staff was very friendly and was helpful with all the questions I had. The animation team (especially the two guys) did their best to entertain the crowd. The location was quite good, not in the very city centre but easily accessible by bus or by a walk (circa 1h). And there is a wonderful view of Alanya and the sunset in the evening. The area around the hotel is also quite busy during the night with many shops and restaurants to visit.

IsraelAlmost every thing First of all The staff they are extremely unfriendly My t-shirt fell of the balcony I reached them for their help for more than four times they didn't even tried a little to find it. The breakfast the lunch and the dinner was so bad that we had to eat outside even though we booked a full board. They didn't even have a normal blankets only a cheap thin one. Something I really hated they took a deposit of 200 tl for a second room entry card. They have absolutely the worst air conditioner ever in there facilities. I spend there 3 nights that felt like a month. a very bad month. I traveled so many places and have been in so much places this definitely the worst so far and the main reason for that is the staff as i mentioned earlier

United Kingdomthe food was not nice I have to say when we arrived the plates where sticky. we also had a few issues with our room as it wasn’t ready for us when we arrived, the fridge was over heating, the shower was draining, also the staff was a headache as most of them didn’t understand English and where not very friendly.
the location of the property was good as u where in the heart of everything one straight road and u have everything on it. but the hotels location is perfect because ur not in all the noise but can still enjoy everything easily.
