To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The hotel and its staff were outstanding and amazing, deserving more than a 5-star rating. However, the surrounding area poses challenges for families. People are in many situations unfriendly and occasionally rude. The streets are not stroller-friendly, with heavy traffic and inadequate sidewalks. Dealing with taxi drivers can be frustrating; most are rude and overcharge, sometimes double and triple the fare, but I found one honest driver his name Omer his number +905325784755 for those facing similar issues.

Romania- The location (too much industry around the hotel) - I had something important in the car and they left it outside for some good hours - A litle more attention on cleaning

AustraliaI think there is not much to complain about when staff are friendly and helpful. Things cannot always be perfect. There is no point in complaining for the sake of complaining.
For breakfast there is a good variety of food and plenty of it, the dining room is always kept clean and the food constantly being topped up. At the reception desk, Mr VIESAL was very helpful and understanding and very pleasant. he was very informative. The other girls behind the desk were friendly and attended to my queries promptly and showed great concern about needing anything else during my stay, especially VIESAL. The supervisor attending the room cleaning "BIRSEN" had attention to details and personally inspected the cleaning of the rooms, BIRSEN too was very friendly and does not stop going from room to room. My regular cleaning staff YETER always had a smile on her face and every time she sees me, I was asked if everything was alright and if I needed anything. I will always recommend Windsor Hotel and convention center.

QatarNeighbourhood is not that attractive from a tourist point of view. Taxis need to be regulated. Drivers are not willing to follow meter, instead some are asking fare in USD or Euros.
Location was good. Complimentary breakfast was excellent, lot of items and varieties. Room service staff Ms. Ulku was very courteous and helpful. Reception staff Veysel and Semih were very supportive and extended our Check out time. They ensure that our stay at hotel is comfortable and memorable one.
