Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesA little bit awkward with the restroom area floor raised higher than the room itself. Breakfast is Mediocre, but you can always find something else to eat outside the hotel.
Great location, close to MRT with easy access to the department stores for foods and shopping. If you need to catch flights, grab a taxi and you will b there in less 30 min w/o traffic. Room for family with 1 double 1 small beds is spacious enough to lay down all our suitcases and still walk around fine.

VietnamStaff could speak English a little bit, only one female staff at reception counter could interact clearly with me. The ground floor of the building is quite old and need to clean frequently.
the room is very big because it provides the accommodation to 3 adults as per my booking. it also designed by opening style where the small door connects directly with restroom with sleeping room. The facilities is new and high technology than our hotel in Taipei. The breakfast is yummy, especially fresh the salad. The restaurant is quite modern and decorative.

AustraliaWhat a great find! We were surprised to find this hotel occupies the entire 11th floor of a building. It looks like it could be repurposed office space. The room was huge but mostly occupied by a humumgous bed. Modern bathroom. Good selection of breakfast food. Free coffee, snacks and ice cream available 24/7. There's a big outside patio that is tastefully furnished and washing machines and dryers. Just ask at the front desk for laundry powder. Bicycle parking wasn't a problem. The hotel is a short walk to the river area, train and shopping mall. We walked to the Cijin island Ferry terminal along the waterfront and it took around 35 minutes

TaiwanHad a peaceful night there, but i was not happy with the waiter not guiding us at the restaurant for breakfast. We had to do things ourselves. I booked a room with one full bed but they gave me a room with 3 beds. I wasn't happy with that.

PhilippinesNot much to say regarding the negative.
Excellent breakfast, excellent location. Also appropriate and comfortable for my partner and me and my mother and her travel buddy. They had come for a conference and Hub showed both an excellent location and service for both the delegates and regular travellers such as my partner and I who came to meet up with her. The room has no window but this did not matter so much, as the pros outweigh the cons. The all night coffee and tea, snacks, ice cream and water were all a nice touch and the bed was very comfortable as is the place. It was a little hard to find as Hub is located inside a building with other Hotels but we got used to it.

SingaporePlace occupied a single floor of a mixed commercial building. Some of the rooms would have have a sunlight. Breakfast was rather simple. The gym was too small to be called a gym. Had to cut short my stay. Hotel was unable to provide a refund, not sure if it should be Bookings or Hub Hotel that could assist on getting some refund back. The hotel mention that they were running full.
Rooms were clean. Liked the fact that the hotel provided coffee and snacks on a 'help yourself' basis, walked out to the dining hall and getting yourself a coffee was bonus. The toiletries provided was good quality. They even had washing machines on site.

United KingdomNo European breakfast , no croissants, no honey nor yogurt nor fruits. Some slices of orange and nuts but on the whole they can’t produce a proper breakfast meal for nutritional standards. That was restricted to Asian standards, only I could eat was chocolate spread on bread which wasn’t that healthy. Also the juice was not natural. I would say lot of fried food but not really healthy choices for someone who is on nutrition plan

ThailandI tried to think of something but couldn't.
Everything! It is easily accessible, very close to MRT Sanduo Station like 5 minutes walk; it's surrounded by convenient stores. The interior decorations looked really nice and comfortable. Bedroom was spacious, clean, and had comfortable bed. The bathroom was also big and clean; water pressure was strong. Breakfast was great. The kitchen staff were very attentive. And there were drinking water, coffee & tea, and ice cream available all day. The staff in general were helpful. Despite of my habit of trying something new, it is highly likely I will stay here again next time I'm in Kaohsiung.

Hong KongExcellent location - 300m from the subway station SanDuo, and about 500m from the light rail station. Spotlessly clean. No noise from the street (the hotel is on the 11th floor of a building with several hotels, each on separate floors). Large terrace directly accessible from the breakfast area. Large bed (I had booked a double room for individual use and thought I would get a standard double bed at best, but this bed was huge!). The downstairs lobby looks a bit shabby, but don’t let this put you off - the hotel itself is modern and very pleasant. English language TV channels available.

The staff are so nice and helpful. From arriving to check out, they made a lot of effort with guests. The room is big, clean and modern. The hotel offers free coffee, ice cream, and cookies 24/7.
