Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

A wonderful hotel with helpful and very polite staff. The rooms are well-kept and spotlessly clean. The breakfast is very good, with a wide variety, including Western options. The metro station is just 50 meters from the hotel, and with one transfer, it connects you to the airport. I highly recommend it…

Very clean, comfortable and well furnished room. Hotel has lounge on second floor that serves complimentary beverages throughout the day. Only two blocks from main station and MRT hub. Free fast Wi-Fi. Excellent breakfast.

Odd number rooms do not have a view as very close to neighbour building. Had curtain closed throughout the stay which makes you feel a bit depressed.
Very good location just next to MRT station. 2nd floor lounge open all day for drinks and snacks is a big bonus, especially if your room does not have a view. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Hotel is very clean, nice and modern.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for a first-timer in Taipei and a solo traveler. It is close to the metro, and many 7-Elevens and ATMs are nearby.

The lobby is a kind of very small.
I really like your 2nd. floor lounge, it is very convenient to have a cup of coffee during the day when we came back from city tour. It is with simple drinks or snacks, but is is pretty considerate. Love it very much for the comfortable environment.

Quite noisy. It seemed that the city never sleeps, and the cars are passing by all night long, and since the windows were into the street, the traffic noise was quite loud.
Spacious comfortable room, very good breakfast, helpful staff, great location - supermarket, cafes, metro just outside the hotel.

Location is great, you walk out the Metro exit and the hotel is right in front of you. Many tourist spots are only a few stops away (along the Bannan Line). Fantastic breakfast variety. It was raining heavily during our stay, so we took advantage of the loaner umbrellas, too.

Hotel was almost spotless! Appreciate that the staff ensure that the room, washroom, even all around the hotel's area is clean and kept neatly. Breakfast was perfect! Loved the warm food (congee, salted soy milk and its condiments), variety of greens and protein. We looked forward to our breakfast every morning!

As a Westerner I found the bed a little hard but that’s the brakes when travelling in Asia.
All the facilities are very very good, the location was absolutely superb. The only downside that I could think of was that they didn’t provide bottled drinking water.

Nothing really - it’s my go-to hotel in Taipei.
Easy access to the MRT station and good healthy breakfast options at the buffet. There are also about four convenience stores nearby, and a popular/interesting cafe down the road!

There used to be a doorman that opened the entry doors as you walk up to them but that service was gone this time. Doors are heavy to push open yourself.
The location is good and the hotel is family friendly. Rooms are clean.

There could be some improvements with the breakfast choices.
The staff are very reliable, thoughtful, and accomodating to all my requests and concerns that made the whole stay such an ease since it was a very big group. The location as well was very good as it is near a subway station and is just a few stations away from Ximen night market and Taipei main station. It’s also really helpful that there are lots of convenience stores easily accessible.
