Great location a short walk from the MRT down a quiet alley. Staff were friendly and helpful - let me borrow an umbrella on a wet day. Breakfast was nice and varied each day. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet at night.

The bed was a little too firm for my taste, but maybe others will prefer this.

The best thing about the room was the amenities; for an unassuming hotel (at least on the outside) there is a lot that the compact little room provides. Also, the staff are quite friendly and helpful, the room was very quiet, and there was plenty of hot water.

this is a very clean and surprisingly stylish hotel on a great little street just a short walk away from several subway stations. my room was small but very comfortable and cozy. the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, and the free breakfast and snacks were a wonderful treat.

The AC was not blowing heat so the room was a bit cold in the night. They fixed it for 1 night and next night we had the same problem.

It’s in a really nice neighbourhood and you have a lot of nice coffee shops, restaurants and kombini around.

In the first room I got assigned, I found hair on the ground, so I requested a new room (which was easily possible. It even got checked again before I could enter). The street it is located in was not very appealing, but the greater area was nice and lively.

It would be nice if the breakfast had fruit juice as one of the beverage options.

The location was superb… it was close to so many places for sightseeing, shops, restaurants, spas, and malls. The subway was also fairly close by. There was an awesome little bakery a short walk away, just past the convenience store. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was a bit strange in that little of it was actually made onsite— there was cereal, milk, toast and fruit, eggs (boiled or fried) — but most of the items came from outside. It was actually a bit fun to see what each breakfast had supplied because it changed everyday. The room itself was a little old, but quite comfortable.
