We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

SingaporeRooms are on the 2nd floor but there is no lift in the premises. Be prepared to carry up your luggages up the stairs.
The rooms were clean and spacious. The toilet was equipped with a bidet seat. The best part was that they registered a Netflix account for each room. Such a brilliant idea! There’s a restaurant, a convenience store, and a café nearby. I highly recommend trying their in-house hot pot, it’s delicious and great value for money.

United StatesOwner and his family are super nice people. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay (including earlier check-in when possible, storage of luggage, arranging car rides up and down the mountain, explaining the bus system etc.). Location was nice, walkable to a family-mart as well as a gorgeous cafe. 10-min bus ride to go up the mountain. Super clean and spacious room, with drinking water available just outside of the room all the time. Breakfast included was delicious.

Best hostel we've experienced this far. It may not be modern looking, it's facilities that you need to keep you occupied after night fall. It has its own Netflix account. Shower water pressure is good and they have a mixer sink tap too. It's located at mid mountain level and next to a Family Mart convenience shop. It offers hot pot for dinner too. Breakfast was classic and simple, and spread was the same for the two mornings we were there.

Great host and super friendly. Very clean and spacious room. Great breakfast and the location is nearby to all attractions. If you bring a lot luggage then can ask the property owner to stay at level 1 instead because there isn’t lift within the house.

Property is very new and convenient. Walking distance from a popular restaurant Ah Tong Chicken serving very good food. The owner of the hotel is super nice and his hotpot restaurant serves really great hotpot set meals that is value for money and really tasty.

SingaporeThe property was about hard to find at first as it’s entrance was through a small alley, but honestly most airBnb there were also in a small alley. I am not sure if there was a lift to the second floor as we stayed on the first, but keep that it mind as there might be a chance where you have to take the stairs.
The property was very clean and the interior was very nice and modern. Had a great view and for the money paid, I think it is quite worth it if you have a car to travel to the location as it is quite a distance from qingjing farm. Has a large family mart near it that is probably walkable. Owners were also quite friendly. There is also a hotpot restaurant for dinner downstairs run by the owners but we did not try it.

Fantastic scenery, fresh air, good steam boat option available for dinner. Owner was able to loan an adapter as we didn't prepare one ourselves thinking that they would have the 3 pin option available like a hotel
