Property offered biking rental for free, however the bikes were terrible. The seat could not be pulled high enough so cycling was uncomforttable and there was no gear shifting.

Location, decent breakfast. Free pickup from the bus station was nice.

The decoration in places is a bit tired. Side table on balcony broken. A second bedside table would be good given that our room had twin beds.

Breakfast buffet offered so much choice. Evening meals not so much variety and a little hit or miss as to whether we were served what we ordered. Best thing about this place is the staff. All very helpful.

We thought the hotel was due for a refurbishment. They was a stuffy smell to our room, which has carpets and fabrics in a very humid climate. It was also not really clean in some of the corners.

The location of the hotel is very nice with a nice view of the lake. The beds are comfortable and there is a terrace attached to the room. The large Japanese seating area is kind of charming but we would have preferred a Sofa or lounge chairs or some kind of hangers for clothes etc.

The breakfast variety can be improved

We love the space of the hotel room and jacuzzi tub. The hotel also provide bicycle for guest. It would be good if they can have children bike. Most of the bikes available are two seaters.

The quality of the rooms can be improved. There was a musky smell coming from the carpets.

The view at sunrise and sunset was beautiful and true to the advertisements. The games room was a plus point for my children. Breakfast served was excellent.

It would be nice if the hotel had a laundry facility for guests to use.

The hotel.locarion is beautiful. They have free and good quality bycicles for guests to bike around the lake 24/7. We had a family room, and it was spacious. Hotel has good parking facility. It is better to stay here if you drive as it is away from where all the shops are. The view is superb here

Didnt like that the transport back to hotel will need to be pre-booked, if not they may not drive out to pick passengers up. Overall not a big problem as uber around is also convenient. Walking back from pier and singing APT along the road is also enjoyable.

Location of the Hotel - not so convenient and no shops nearby (nearest is about 15 mins walk). Shuttle bus is every hour to and fro but can always uber around. Hence not a big concern for us and we wanted a quiet place to stay. Breakfast is ok and room is big and view to the lake is beautiful.

Near to the lake, free bicycles for cycling around the lake during sunset and sunrise, very comprehensive buffet range for breakfast. Shuttle service was convenient and well arranged when needed.

A little far from the pier and convenience stores, the shuttle bus did not run late enough that we had to call taxi to drive us back from Ita Thai, but the lady driver arrange by the hotel was excellent. The food for dinner at the restaurant of the hotel was not that good. The rest rooms by the restaurants smelled.

Good lake view, good biking trail, free use of bikes, the room is nice, spacious and clean, the breakfast buffet is good and the staff members are friendly and helpful.

The hotel is a little dated and some the hinges at the cabinet came loose. The spa tub can be cleaned more thoroughly although having a big tub, which can accommodate 2 persons easily and the TV is a plus point. On the first night, we arrived late evening and just in time for dinner as the kitchen closed at 8pm, which could be highlighted to give us an option to have dinner elsewhere. Generally, dinner is available from 5-7pm local time in most of the family-run restaurants. Some were closed on certain weekday.

The location was convenient right in the middle of the lake. The ShuiShe Pier was within walking distance about 15 minutes. The weather was great with slight overcast over the 3 days that we stayed but did not stop us from enjoying the scenery. There is free shuttle and bicycle for hotel residents. The staff were friendly and helpful. They served local buffet breakfast, almost the same daily. There were pool table, Nintendo, basketball machine and videos for loan. Good to keep us occupied after dinner as there is not much to do around at night.
