Extraordinary hospitality & sincerity! The proprietor, Mr. Li, his entire family, and his team could not have done more to welcome us into their community and care for our needs & comfort. Whether it was the unique chance to participate in an event at the community center, deep insights into the local tea culture or just quality time chatting about the history & issues affecting Fenqihu, we were sincerely included. The cheerful, hard-working staff from the Philippines deserve special mention for maintaining this rustic setting while making special efforts to insure our comfort.

Quite old appearance but it worth for the money (it was cheap compared to other hotels)

The provided towels and comfortable bed ensured a pleasant stay. Despite its dated appearance, the bathroom met basic needs. What truly stood out was the warmth and attentiveness of the staff. They went above and beyond, treating me to an evening tea and engaging conversations about life. Their detailed recommendations for exploring Alishan and nearby hikes were invaluable. Additionally, their proficiency in English made communication effortless. Despite being one of the more affordable options, Yeashow exceeded expectations and proved to be well worth the stay.

Space to go in or out not easy. A lot property need to refurbishing as attract tourist pay for visit.

Travel to this place, the transportation on public not much yet few trip per day. If miss out the bus it will difficult to get there beside Grab car /Taxi. The weather over there very chill and cold when it start moving to night. *Make sure have a blanket keep warm or self prepare thermos to get warm water from this villa. An advanture over here is close to the mother nature.

The location was around 50 meters off (densely populated area), so I had to search for over 15 minutes, before I called and was very quickly helped and shown the direction. While checkout is up to 10 am, the cleaning lady already came into my room at 9:35 without knocking... the door chain held her back, but this could lead to surprising encounters :( You can hear sound from the hallway (nearby rooms?), but everything was quiet during sleeping hours.

Very friendly and helpful staff (showed me a map with all the closeby locations). Great location to board the train or explore the local hiking routes, as well as to Alishan, either by car or probably by bus.

They upgraded us from a double room to a quadruple room - for free! The front desk staff were very helpful in explaining to us how to watch the sunrise at Alishan and where in the park to visit.

The rooms had a bit of an old style, matresses, bed linens, tables etc. Bathroom was okay but nothing exceptional.

Excellent location, right in the center of Fenqihu. We arrived later than agreed on but it was still not a problem, they waited for us for a late check-in. Comfortable beds, quiet atmosphere.

You can hear everything from the floor and rooms around you, but at least in the night it was very calm. Bathroom gets completely wet real quick and doesn't dry.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room is cozy and i had a really nice mountain view. It's simple but has everything you need. Located directly at the old street with shops and bus stop in few seconds walking distance.

There was no heating in the room and limited hot water from 5 -10 pm. We are used to having our showers at least twice a day but with the cold weather it was hard to take a shower in the morning.

The proximity to the trains and buses. Staff were very patient. They are are also friendly. The cafe close to the hotel.

The room is quite basic.

The owner had spent his time to explain and plan for us the Alisan route. Very well versed with the timing and the bus number. Thus, my family was able to enjoy our Alisan trekking. As it is located in the Old Street, beside the famous bento restaurant, 7/11 and other local eateries, wehad no problem with our meals.
