The hotel is beautiful overlooking the ocean, when the tide is out you can go for walks on the beach. The staff is very helpful and kind We enjoyed relaxing you d the pool and the evening entertainment

Nothing was bad

This was the best hotel that I’ve never been to best memories of my life. I really liked everything. Customer care was hundred out of 10 they are so helpful. The service was great. The meal was so perfect. Very easy to understand the menu the workers they are we are so friendly, smiling making sure that you are so comfortable like it’s just felt like at home nothing was wrong. Everything was so excellent. I had the best memory of my life. I can never forget. there is no place compare with this. This is one of the best.

The tide can get high taking away beach space. So perfect for people who enjoy the sea view but don’t like water activities.

It’s perfect for family, rooms are clean and staff so helpful and friendly. My kids loved it. The colour of the water is perfectly turquoise.

We had a fantastic personal experience! While enjoyment depends on expectations, we enjoyed it so much we extended from one night to two. The location is stunningly beautiful, offering complete relaxation. The staff were wonderfully welcoming and attentive without being intrusive. We opted for a water villa even though they were pre-season; the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Unfortunately, it rained both days, but it didn't ruin our time. The smells of BBQ, the sound of the tropical downpour, and waves crashing created an unforgettable atmosphere. Thank you!

The food quality could be improved, particularly the beef bacon served at breakfast. Additionally, the sound system at the pool area needs attention—I strongly recommend installing a high-quality stereo system to enhance the overall experience.

Absolutely everything 👌 Thanks to peter for his professionalism & good hospitality he really made our stay comfortable. The rooms were so clean, every where so clean, pool is amazing, the ocean views are to die for, Vanessa who did our decorations for the birthday was so kind , the drumming & songs that made us to feel @home, the meals are yummy 😋 & the could let us pack our breakfast 🧇. It is a 10 out 10 minus nothing 👌👌👌 Will definitely go back with my entire family & friends

The hotel is absolutely amazing! The staff were great and the facilities were to amazing. My biggest takeaway are the views, absolutely breath taking! Everyone on my social media was asking what place is this because of how gorgeous it is. Lastly MEGAN was amazing, she helped us with itinerary and gave us great suggestions of places to see. I would definitely visit this place again.

Nothing that I could improve this hotel on

Me and my wife went to Zanzibar for our honeymoon and what an experience it was staying at Le Mersenne hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make it the most magical experience for us both. Can not urge people enough to check this hotel out. Megan one of the staff at the hotel was the most hospitable staff members I have ever come across. She did us a complimentary upgrade to one of the sea front villas which was absolutely stunning. The kitchen manager Maddy was the kindest and most caring person ever. He ensured that every one of his meals was spot on. He even did us a romantic meal by the pool for me and my wife. We also bumped into the owners of the hotel at one breakfast meal and they were the most amazing people we have met. Aleem and his wife Dena went above and beyond even though they had a lot on their plate. We cannot thank them enough for what they did for us. Even some of the other staff like Saeed, Omar one of the waiters, Doreen from the spa were all absolutely amazing. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again. More than just a hotel stay but a bond made for life.

The property was so clean and situated in a very serene and quiet environment, the staff were always polite, kind and always ready to assist you. Special thanks to Kezia, who is one of the very kind and sweet receptionist, she helped get an upgrade to the over water villa apartment.
