We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Brand new hotel with a very clean and modern design. Fantastic rooms with a unique spacious layout and modern fittings, very quiet and comfortable to work from. Reliable wifi, new television, convenient kitchenette, and huge bathroom. Convenient location with a cafe and several restaurants nearby and a short walk to the Slipway. Highly recommended.

I would have appreciated upfront information about their unavailability prior to check-in. Additionally, when I inquired about this discrepancy, the staff became defensive.
