Geckos in the room. I know it’s a jungle. I didn’t feel comfortable having geckos in the room. However, the mosquito net covered the bed and I felt a little bit safe in my sleep. The area is a little bit humid and it gets warm at night.

Though it’s all inclusive, it’s a la cart. Three course meal but you choose from a menu. The staff is attentive.

The bathroom in the chalet could do with updating

Individual chalets overlooking the whitewater rapids of the River Nile. Excellent variety of food both international and local. Very good choice of wines and spirits available on the full board option. The whitewater rafting experience was wonderful, 3.5 hours 20 kms and rapids crossed between grades 1 and 5. The massage experience was excellent. The staff were brilliant.

The menu options were complicated and had to seek explanation from the service team. The menu could be simplified for us locals. There was an african menu thank God and these were well prepped meals.

Here’s a refined version of your review that maintains your voice while polishing the flow: --- A Refreshing Escape Overlooking the Nile Breakfast was delightful — served in small portions, but more than adequate. The room came with two bottles of wine and complementary drinks, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. I thoroughly enjoyed walking the well-kept grounds and relaxing by the swimming pool, which offers a stunning view touching the Nile. All rooms are front-facing and open up to the falls, are truly a sight to behold. A beautiful and refreshing experience overall.

It has been one of the greatest stays I ever had. the location was exceptional. The cleanliness is top notch. The entire team made it memorable . The staff were very professional and incredibly kind. Special shout to Armstrong and Harrington, who welcomed me and kept tabs until my leave. The food is amazing, best tasted in Uganda so far. Thank you so much chef Vincent for those great meals. I will come back soon.

We visited after it had rained and the road leading to the hotel, off the tarmac was muddy which made driving really challenging. I'd highly recommend a 4WD during such times.

Beautiful location over looking the nile, with stunning views and peaceful sounds of nature. The cottages were private and well maintained with all the basic amenities, comfortable beds and complementary drinks. Their infinity pool was a great place to relax and an even greater spot for pictures. The staff were welcoming and friendly, thanks to Armstrong who helped me redeem my balance. We enjoyed our stay!

I had the bungalow with the swimming pool and bath. It was gorgeous. I watched monkeys playing in the trees. The staff were exceptional! All very welcoming, and as a female solo traveler they made me feel safe and came and chatted to me. Highly recommend this place to everyone! The food was also incredible and very tasty! I will definitely be back in the future!

There was a huge millipede in the room and you are warned about snakes on the island.. I also didn’t like the rocks in my room. They are for decoration purposes but they looked creepy in the end. Especially with the millipedes.

The place is beautiful and calm... I fell in love with the sounds of the water from all over the place. The staff are quite friendly. Being a solo traveler, they even helped to take my pictures. Thank you Moses, you are such a homely human being. The location of my Suite- Tana, whoever gifted me this choice of accomodation, thank you. I saw some water animals and a small alligator. The view was just fascinating 👌

Wonderful location in the middle of river Nile. Staff is exceptional and caters to every request. It is an extremely good deal and worth the expense. One tip...if you are travelling with a Ugandan national, make the reservation in their name for discount and special deal.

This property is extremely amazing. It was my second time staying here and I was still in awe at the beauty and quality of service. The food is amazing!! The staff are exceptional! Special shout out to Armstrong, Moses and Brenda, you made our stay comfortable and amazing.
