“The staff. My whole weekend stay the manager was not on site. The smell of gas by the pool. The front desk have a CHILD that was not mines a key to my room and deactivated mines while I was gone. They didn’t have everything for breakfast. They did keep up with the water from the pool in the elevator. They didn’t keep clean towels. The air conditioning was leaking water and above it the the paint was falling. Also the it was big cock roaches. I would have changed my hotel but most of them was booked because of the basketball ball tournament. Then again the manager was not on site to talk to.”
