United StatesBathroom was a little tight (smaller than expected) and could use a bit of an update. We were able to find available parking spaces when needed, but the lot was pretty full each day and some spots were a little tight to turn around in, given how the lot is configured.
The location is unbeatable! Just steps away from a wonderful beach park (not overcrowded) and a short walk to many shops and restaurants. The property is clean and the area is well lit at night (including private parking area). Beach chairs and umbrellas were available to borrow at no extra cost from the office downstairs.

United StatesThe location is fabulous. You can walk to the beach and downtown Boca. This is not a hotel. There is not maid service but there are fresh towels and supplies. Having a washer dryer was useful. It is very quiet and low key. The accommodations are very nice. It is not fancy or elaborate but it is very comfortable and easy. The kitchen works well for our needs and is updated. This is our second time at this property and we would stay again.

CanadaThe WiFi did not work, and telephone reception in that area was poor, so mobile internet was unreliable. There was no kettle in the kitchen. The room was not ready on time. We left our bags inside and went to the beach. Before leaving, I placed a large chocolate bar that I brought from Europe in the fridge, which had already been cleaned. When we returned an hour later (at 6:30 PM), the chocolate was missing, and the room was still not ready. The housekeeper simply said, 'Ohhh' and made no attempt to retrieve it. I hope they ate it—because if they threw it away, they wasted $30. There was no response from the administration regarding this incident or the WiFi issue.
The location is excellent. The hot tub is great, the rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the air conditioning works well. The furniture is in good condition, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The washing machine is a bit loud but works fine.

SlovakiaIt is a contactless property and unfortunately we had bad experience. We arrived late around 11 pm only to find out that our room was occupied by other people. We couldn’t find any other available property so late , that we ended up sleeping in a car at a parking lot. Issue was resolved in the AM but I wish we could arrive within service hours to avoid this discrepancy.
Property is beautiful with all the amenities, close to the beach and the town.

United KingdomWe landed in the US from the UK at 8 PM and had not received any check in information from the company. I had to put money on my UK phone so I could call them as obviously that's a roaming charge and still didn't hear anything from them. I called them back 3 times and the woman told me the check in information over the phone. When we arrived at the place the code Didn't work and by this time it was 1030 at night. We called the company back 3 times again and then she give us another code which worked, but there was no Check-in information or anything with Wi-Fi information on it. We had no hot water that night. So the next day we went and spoke to maintenance, and they said the boiler was broken and they moved us units. So that was helpful, but we got to the new unit and still didn't have any Wi-Fi information. So we had to ask the maintenance man to reach out to management to get the information for us as we were getting ZERO response from them on Booking.com & email. We had to leave shoes & a towel outside the room to show people that there was somebody staying there as we thought somebody could just walk in at any time as the code was very generic and easily guessable. We are two women and didnt feel fully secure in the apartment, which is such a shame. In the new apartment there was no washing machine. There was no tin opener and one remote for two tv's in two rooms. So there is lacking lots of different things The shower was not always warm and there was a lack of towels. We had to call the company again about the laundry. They told us to go into another room to do our washing. And I asked if there was anybody staying there? And the woman on the phone didn't know. I didn't just want to walk in-and go into to somebody's room. I had message the company 4 times on Booking.com and sent multiple emails, and still to this day, I have not received a response from any of them.
The location is amazing & the bed was comfortable, and the apartment was nice.
