I didn't like that the iron was attached to the ironing board. That made it hard to iron. You guys should hold $100 deposit and if someone steals something charge them for it. That was very annoying to me.

unfortunately the nearby construction of the new bridge was kind of maddening but we had been informed by the resort ahead of our arrival. The pool remaining still closed due to previous hurricanes was also dissapointing.

The pool was closed our entire visit because of a broken part which they did not get in while we were there. Also, construction workers locked us out of our room, but that is not the fault of the hotel.

It was a great location - close to Lover's Key State Park and Fort Myers Beach. Room was newly remodeled and very clean. It was also quiet even though construction was going on in the area. I would definitely stay here again.

Only true downfall were the hallways being under construction (hopefully). because the walk from the elevator to our room presented as very "dingy" and "rundown". I was nervous as we approached our room but was pleasantly surprised to see the room itself to be beautiful and cozy.

The location was great. Staff was very polite and helpful getting us back into our room even outside of front desk staffed hours. Beautiful pool area with an AMAZING view. Also, the restaurant right next door was fabulous. We would definitely stay here if we visit the area again. The kitchenette (although not used on our trip) was great for a longer stay!

Our fridge died the first day we were there and had to be replaced by a dirty shop fridge. Staff were gone every night by 5; so it was difficult if any issues arose.

Flippers restaurant, close to room, was so loud could not enjoy balcony . We tried to go there one night to eat, but could not take the noise. Need to put windows on one side of restaurant to make stay better or higher room

Construction was still ongoing, but we knew that going in, was not too back. On some of the descriptions it says that it is beach front, it is waterfront, but not really a beach. There is an area you can walk to with a sandy beach on the property. It was fun to sit there and have the kids play in the water.

We did like that it was out of the way of the business of the beach areas. The room was perfect for our needs. We loved the balcony. Nice to have a fridge and freezer. Parking was easy. The pool was nice and the restaurant next door had to-go offerings, including drinks you could bring to the pool. We were around 5 miles from a few different beach access parking lots to Bonita Beach, which was beautiful. Parking was inexpensive, but not many spots. Plan to drive around a bit waiting on a spot to open or get their early. Pack a lunch/drinks for the beach, not much around to get and once you get a parking spot, you don't want to leave. We tried to park closer to Doc's Beach House, you can order food/drinks and even water sports.

The front desk isn't always staffed, but once you figure out the hours, all is well. They were super accommodating.

There is still quite a bit of construction in the area, but the resort was lovely and Flippers, which is an amazing restaurant, is right there! The hot tub was open most days we were there, the pool is open and you are right on the ocean! Great balcony view of beautiful water!
