The facility is tired, feels patched together but not very well. King room extremely small.

Location was excellent. Staff, especially Mandy at Front Desk was very helpful and accommodating. Daily breakfast vouchers at local bakery were excellent.

Street noise, but that’s to be expected. HVAC is very loud when it comes on, but I also think that is to be expected in an older property. The kitchen was not well equipped and that’s an easy fix. Some of us like to cook on vacation.

The beds were super comfy and the pool was a nice respite. Our trip was made the most special by the reception host, Sky, who went above and beyond. I have traveled all over the world and Sky was an immaculate host who treated us so well. She was the main reason we think Fitch Lodge was exceptional.

Great location and clean, spacious rooms. Helpful staff. Coupon for delicious breakfast spot very close to hotel. Welcome beer was yummy. Free bike rentals until 5pm were great.

air conditioner was a problem - noisy as hell as was the crowd down by the pool at 11pm even though Booking.com said pay at the hotel, they charge my card all but the resort fees prior to arriving. resort made a comment that was due to not using their website to book, which required payment up front too.

It could’ve been a little cleaner. Very musty smell in the room. There was a water leak running across the threshold of the bathroom. I think it was coming from the fridge. The young man at the desk said he would notify maintenance. I hope it got fixed so no one falls.

The breakfast voucher was great for a little shop very close to our room. The food was exceptional. The young man at the front desk during the day and the lady at night were exceptional. Very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and eager to assist. They are an asset to your team.
