Pool had no towels until noon on a Wednesday. Valet parking was the only viable option due to lack of open parking nearby. No great meal/drink options within walking distance except the ones at the hotel.

Location was super premium right on the beachside boardwalk. Rooftop pool was a great alternative to the beach with super views. Facility was super nice and modern, spacious n comfortable room.

Long wait to be served on two different occasions at the restaurant. Very bad service; for example just filling the water glasses, serving drinks, food or check. An hour long to eat breakfast, because of very long wait times receiving coffee, water and food. Unacceptable. Also no pool time, overcrowded; never able to enjoy. Bathroom full of hair which was disgusting.

The room was surprisingly shabby and cramped for what they charge. This is not Manhattan; I expected a more spacious, comfortable room, but it felt like a shoebox. Wifi was awful.

Great location on the beach. The hotel restaurant was quite nice.

DOORS SLAMMING ALL HOURS THROUGHOUT THE DAY & MOSTLY IN THE EVENING, TOO MUCH TRAFFIC NOISE IN THE CORRIDORS ...QUIET FLOORS SHOULD BE ASSIGNED FOR RESIDENTS COMING SOLELY FOR R&R, PAID A "PRETTY PENNY" COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST VOUCHERS WOULD'VE BEEN NICE

Shower was clogged and flooded. Water turned brown periodically. Cot wasn't ready even though I called and confirmed multiple times. Room was dusty upon arrival. Room keys kept stopping working.

Bed was uncomfortable and utility vent in ceiling was noisy and made hard to sleep. Food and beverage was average at best. Better off eating off property

A little bit more wear and tear than usual ! Some social housing residents around,but not bothering anyone .

I was worried about the hotel after looking at reviews online , but was pleasantly surprised, good bed and shower. Good restaurant with lovely staff, and loved the location on the boardwalk which was fully utilised on an autumn day!

the room was supposed to be a 'city view' but it was an ugly internal view. the pool area was not open even though it was supposed to be and reception staff seemed to not know why. no plug in the bathroom, a broken make up mirror fitting, and an alarm clock that hadn't had the alarm canceled (which meant that it woke us in the middle of the night!).

the room was large and well equipped and the bed and pillows very comfortable. the common areas were attractive as was the location.

The resort fee charged automatically for beach and pool access. Having to pay to park on the hotel premises with limited access via the valet service company. If there is an event, it is nearly impossible to find parking near the hotel. Room key did not work at 3 times during a 5 day stay. Maintenance response was poor to change the battery in door lock. The billing office never calls back or replies to emails to resolve issues. The hotel elevator has no alarm and did not work: got stuck in elevator: very unsafe. When brought to the attention of the desk clerk, was told that he was aware but did not know when it would be fixed.

Derek the manager is incredible….he is the only reason I would return to this hotel. The restaurant at and bar were good,accommodating and convenient. The view was great!

The hotel needs various repairs. In September which is considered their off season their restaurant staff is very small and therefore the service is very poor. You are better eating at the bar. Unfortunately the bar does not serve breakfast

Room was a little chilly. Restaurant was closed and bar menu was limited. We couldn’t get a view of the ocean room without paying a lot more money even though I saw it online as available.

Location was great and bed was comfortable. $20 voucher for food and drinks was an added bonus.

everything we needed apart from information! Nothing anywhere and staff didn’t know when we asked about the area or transport/restaurants no leaflets anywhere asked for a map no maps! Pool was closed to guests on first day as they had an event on! Been told was open during our stay. Great decor lively bar in evening
