Locations was great for work!! Clean and staff was very nice. I would like to say that Fran and Robert at the front desk were exceptional. I was here for 5 weeks for a clinical rotation at the nearby hospital and they made my stay perfect!!

Blind sided on the added upfront cost for incidental $100 payable back after 3 days, ridiculous! Mgr angerly stated that what’s everyone is now requesting. No more free breakfast, you need to pay $12.95. I told the mgr had we known about these additional charges, we would have done something different. Note, We have stayed (3) other Holidays since only one asked for $25 incidental but free breakfast. We have always enjoyed our stay at Holiday. Maybe it’s time for a change…

Extra fee for breakfast. Indoor pool was so cold we couldn't get in it, which was disappointing because we chose this hotel for the indoor pool. Mattresses over-hard / firm, did not sleep well.

Breakfast was good, plenty of hot food options. Room and building were clean, staff very courteous and helpful.

- There was confusion as to whether they were charging me for breakfast. As my two children sat down with their breakfast plates, someone approached the table and put a receipt face down on the table. I got to the table, with my plate, and my daughter told me they gave us a bill. I took the slip of paper to the check-in counter and the worker verified that my booking included free breakfast. The paper was 'for the hotel's records', they said. It was confusing and I didn't like that the person who slipped the paper on the table approached my kids instead of just waiting and explaining what she was doing. - As for the room, it was tidy but not truly clean. The floor needed a good vacuuming and the toilet needed a good scrubbing. - The hotel's 'side' doors are marked exit only which is not a big deal but why are they that way? Once you have your room key, those doors should be accessible.

The hotel is very close to Dorney Amusement Park and is close to many stores and restaurants. The facility was fairly clean and the front desk workers were polite and pleasant. They have plenty of carts available to move your luggage to your room.

The only minor complaint I have is about the shower nozzles. These were a bit tough to get to the right temperature. Too much of a turn in either direction made it too hot or too cold. Was hard to get it just right.

This was nearly a perfect stay. The staff was so nice and helpful. Experienced a problem with the shower and was moved to another room with no issues. They even comped my breakfast, which was very good. Lots of selections for breakfast. The Wi-fi worked good. The location was perfect for where I needed to go. Felt safe and comfortable here.

Parking area could be a little better lit and secure. Not sure if there were cameras. Also not sure about the access to the parking lot from side and rear entrances - ALL of the cars were parked in the front and both the side and rear lots were totally empty. Arrived late and had to park in a lonely side lot that was a bit dark and walk around to front entrance.

Nice hotel. Had exactly what I was looking for: clean, safe, affordable, quiet and easy access to the highway. I travel this route a couple of times a year and have tried several different hotels in the area. On these stays I typically only use the room for maybe 7 or 8 hours before getting back on the road. I am not interested in "extras" and I really like that breakfast is optional. I have zero interest in "free" hotel breakfasts and never eat them. I chose this booking over several other options BECAUSE the it offered a discounted room without breakfast. If I had to pay the "free" breakfast rate I probably would have booked a cheaper room somewhere else. The room was quite nice. I liked that there were a lot of hard surfaces and places to set things down. The coat hooks and bench were a brilliant touch - loved it! Room was also very quiet - soft close doors are much appreciated! Plumbing also seemed to be quiet - not sure how many other guests were staying in the nearby rooms, but I never heard any. Will look forward to staying here again next time.
