The PERFECT location for a concert at America Bank Amphitheater. Super-convenient to the venue, and when you’re leaving the next day, Starbucks is right across the street!

Having a hard time finding literally a single issue with our stay. We loved it.

I've been travelling a lot more recently for work and I loved everything about my A Loft experience. It will be my preferred travel lodging going forward. I was able to take my wife on this trip and it was nice enough for both business and a nice getaway. It was modern, clean and user friendly. I loved the luggage carts. Our receptionist was helpful, friendly and genuinely pleasant. But what I most enjoyed was the noon check out. We were weary from travel and to be able to sleep in before a long day ahead on the road was worth every penny. Thank you.

tv remote did not work. tv kept cutting off by itself and the new remote provided wasn’t working which was a disappointment for us. we came from out of town to relax and no tv. we spent most of our time in the room so very inconvenient

The hotel was everything! What I loved the most was the customer service that we received from the front desk attendant Lynn. She was amazing and is definitely and asset to this establishment. She greeted us with nothing but hospitality our whole entire stay. The room was comfortable and the facilities very clean. It was like a home away from home. I would definitely stay again.

Room did not feel clean, even after requesting to have bathroom cleaned again. The dark halls only highlighted the unclean feeling.

My room wasn't as clean as it should have been. There was a stain on the carpet that looked pretty disgusting. Also, the power shades on the windows did not work. There were wires exposed by the shades. I'm assuming they had something to do with the operation of the blinds. Also, the breakfast was decent, but the service that went along with it not so much. My wife called down the night before to inquire what time was breakfast. She was told from 6:30 am-9:00 am. She went down at 6;30 am only to be told breakfast would be over at 7:30 am. There just seems to be a level of disorganization and a very blase attitude. For the amount of money spent I really feel cheated. I'm a seasoned traveler, and this hotel was really disappointing.

The exterior of the property was very nice. The common areas were very nice.

The shampoo and soap dispensers in our bathroom were broken- one had a missing cap ans the other just didn’t dispense soap. The room wasn’t adequately stocked: there were no tissues, the coffee maker only had decaf, we had 1 roll of toilet paper, no extra blankets, just the one that’s on the bed. The hotel seems brand new and is nicely decorated but not well maintained. There are huge carpet stains, often times the trash isn’t picked up in front of the hotel entrance.

We checked in the room, I was tired and took a shower, it was disgusting and there was mold in the tile, we could not move rooms because they were booked nobody clean the room while we out on Saturday and could not move rooms once it was sold out, moved Sunday to another room it was ehh but this room had no ants will not be back there not worth 469 for 3 days!

My first night there upon checking in (around 1am) I was greeted by a bunch of little kids that were roaming around like it was a club. Housekeeping sucked. My stay was 3 days and I couldn’t get my room cleaned. My sheets felt like cardboard. Someone’s car was stolen and they crashed it into the wall of the hotel parking lot. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.
