We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThe water situation was a miss. The water pressure wasn’t good. It took a long time to get warm, and then would go from ice cold to burning hot, then you would have to mess with it to get it to a comfortable temperature. Also there wasn’t many plugs in the room itself, and the only one in the bathroom had the mini fridge plugged into it. Also the pool was tiny, It looks bigger from the pictures.
The staff was very helpful and kind. The pillows and bed are super comfy, and the room was clean.

The front desk lady was so polite, the hotel floors are secure because you need the key card to access the elevator, it’s in a very good location, would recommend using the so+ parking right around the corner on rusk street it’s only $15 daily.

Checked in at 7pm and I was stuck outside banging on glass doors to get inside before a guest exited the building only to find the staff not too far away. Very limited details upon check in like wifi and how the breakfast worked and times. Food was lacking. Staff although friendly was basically non existent.
Bed was comfy, shower was wide and location was good, staff is friendly. Rooms were clean. Value for a downtown location

United StatesParking. Parking. Parking. Do NOT book at the downtown location if you do not want a headache with the parking. Valet here is more convenient but it is a third-party company, please look at your receipt if you do use valet. I payed $226 and some change for 4 nights of valet, and somehow they changed it to 3 after already charging me for 4. After the 4th night they did not let me pickup my car in the morning without dishing out another $50+ for a "4th night" . This pool was a little dirty and this location also only has one working elevator but those two things were minor inconveniences to us.
The staff were incredibly friendly. We enjoyed the rooftop poolside bar, the bartender Stacey did not miss with those drinks! The rooftop has plenty of outdoor lounge style seating perfect for watching the skyline in the morning or evenings. The room was very spacious and comfortable with a huge shower to top it off.
