We had some noisy neighbors (tv blaring), but they always turned it down at bedtime so it wasn't a major bother and didn't necessitate complaining to the front desk.

Super-friendly staff. Jackie assured me that if we needed ANYTHING while staying there, to be sure to call or come by the front desk and she'd do her best to meet those needs. The room was exceptionally clean and the beds were - true to Days Inn standards - very comfy! Being a coastal motel, our expectations were not high - most places are not very clean and/or comfortable.

The bed was or seems like it is going to break, and on our last night the fire alarm went off every hour until my husband took the battery out! And when I checked out the girl seemed dazed and confused and I guess she was because they thought we were going to extend our stay and we checked out at around 10 AM I did receive a call this evening from the manager!

After a long day at the beach we anted to swim in the pool and take full advantage of what we were paying for, buttttttt the swimming pool was green, slimy, and not enjoyable.

The staff were friendly and they had a room available when we arrived. The room was clean when we arrived. The king-size bed was comfortable with clean sheets.The hotel was close to the beach which we liked. We would stay here again. Thanks for your nice hospitality.

Only issue we dint like is they dint have umbrellas for the pool so the sun was right on use so no shade really other that that our stay was pleasant minutes from the beach.

The pool area belonged to the seagulls and I tried to enjoy the pool but their was bird 💩 everywhere the hotel needs to seriously address this problem so future guests can enjoy the pool area

Because the business are side by side, Parking was facing the road and not in front of the room. But we could see our vehicle from the window. We could hear the people/cars from the Holiday Inn next door. It's not a deal breaker

The location was important to my family for this visit. We've stayed in several hotels, but here, the staff was pretty cool and talkative. They wanted to make sure we had a good time. The property, breakfast area, and rooms were clean, were at a cool temperature, very colorful, and so welcoming with the blue bed Hello Sunshine add-on. The bathrooms/showers were very nice and modern. I had sent the staff a message on booking about a request and they had honored it and it was ready for us. After a long afternoon at the beach with 2 tired toddlers, we looked forward to checking in. The DAYS INN staff even made my morning plans to the Rockport market so much easier and not rushed on our checkout time. We enjoyed the nice walk to the grounds. I was so happy that we had a GREAT TIME. I would so stay here again and that will be real soon. We didn't have time for the pool to give insight on that experience.
