We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The lady at the lobby was very nice and helpful and was able to get me a bottom floor room for my dad who has trouble walking upstairs.

United Statesa few minor things in room didn’t work.. like blow dryer and phone. we had to use our personal phone to call front office
for some reason, our reservation had been cancelled but front desk lady was ready and helpful to get it situated. she went out of her way in getting phone number to call. once confirmed, she gave us key to room while waiting for email from booking.com. she also gave us shortcuts on how to get back to hotel so we wouldn’t have to make a big loop.

United StatesI found souls of a shoe behind the bed while plugging in my phone to outlet by the bed. The door to restroom didn't lock & shower curtain was torn. Not enough towels as it was 4 of us. No iron in room, which we returned while checking out. Due to construction it was complicated getting to hotel.

United StatesThe ceiling in the restroom was leaking, we call the front desk, she told us that we could move room but we were about to check out in 3 hours..then it happened again the ceiling was leaking, we showed she this time by pictures. We ask for a Discount or a Refund.. she told us NO!! FYI they Advertise breakfast but they don't have anything!!!!
