Second staff member I had's cooking abd hospitality and cleanliness.

The room and breakfast. I mean the first morning, the food was not fresh. Have to admit that woman did not do a good job. The second last morning though. She was so good at the breakfast. She was last time I stayed as well. She deserves a raise and I do not even know her personally. I don't know hee name but really she is very good at her job. She makes the stay so much better. Give her a big raise. She deserves it man. Thank you for the great stay.

Very dirty hallways,room AC did not work in the 1st room got switched to another room & pool was closed all 4 days i was there.

Inside by office was fine but once we started upstairs to the 2nd level where our room was the temp changed n it was very stale air and not a good smell at all. They was also working in some rooms n the hallway was a little dirty very stained up. The room was clean but the head board had hand prints n finger prints which was not good n the pillow cases had stains on them. The mini fridge was hard to open but clean n kept our food cold.

The lady manager was nice and got right on the problem the air was not working in our 1st room n she did move us to another room

room was disgusting it had a king bed and a pull out couch but the couch was broken the bars were snapped in half and it was covered in stains so they switched our room to one that was just as disgusting ended up leaving and going somewhere else

I didn't like how I was treated by the staff and that my concerns was not a priority to them. I was finally given another room after I told them that I had medical issues and I would get a lawyer.

I had to request that my room be cleaned several times and it wasn't done. I had to request for someone to fix the AC and I was told noone was available and that if I had a problem I could check out.

Room given was all the way to the end of the bldg. Hallway smelled terrible and we received no explanation why until checkout. Cable box would turn itself off. Bathroom sink took forever to drain and the shower head had an adjustable handle that did nothing. We set the a/c on 60° but the room hardly got cool.

My wife and I are both have asthma and the hall and our room smelled like overpowering air freshener. Our bathroom had been smoked in, and we were supposedly in a non-smoking room due to our asthma. We figured that most, if not all, rooms were like this, so we didn't complain.

We didn't use the breakfast the first day (Sunday) because we were going to relatives for breakfast. The next morning, Monday, we went down at 9:30 for breakfast, thinking it was open until 10:00, like Sunday, and it was all cleaned up and gone. Apparently breakfast ended at 9:00 on weekdays.

The room had no vent to let smoke out(l had a smoking room). The bathroom was disgusting. The room sheets and blankets all smelled bad of smoke. And there were no elevators. No thick blankets. Shower curtain had stains on them. Bathtub was dirty. Sink area was dirty. Faucet sink was very dirty. The mirror in the bathroom had writings on it when the steam heated it up. The curtains were broken. The entertainment center was sticky. The fridge had sticky stuff in it and took too long to cool any of our drinks. Carpet had some crumbs on it. Also alot of feral cats and one mama cat had all her babies in the dumpster area and some1 kept throwing away the food we would leave put for them even though we mad sure not to leave a mess near the dumpster. The cats did not make a mess.so why take away their plates and bowls of food they need to live too.

Breakfast was a great and staff was amazing. They were very nice and friendly.

The hallway carpet was extremely dirty and there was a musty smell.

The only thing I liked was the room had new carpet. My husband liked the bed.

That it was just for one night we were just passing through. We would definitely stay again. And the breakfast was great too.

I was so happy and impressed with the staff. They were so friendly. When we arrived they were waiting for us it was late we were so tired. The front desk clerk had all the paperwork ready to sign with our keys. It was so convenient and smooth we were so grateful

took 45 minutes for reception to find my reservation. After riding all day and being in need of a shower and some AC I had to wait around, and take part in the receptionists phone attempts in trying to find my reservation. Meanwhile she checked in 4 other people who arrived after me.

Location

Location is great. This was the third time we've stayed there. This particular one was very disappointing. We reported a broken toilet seat that had a single bolt allowing it to slide sideways. It was NEVER address in three days. Room was not cleaned on the only day we requested it! We will not be back! Overall a very disappointing 3 day stay!

The rooms were nasty. Had to be moved 3 times due to first one ac didn't work. Second one had stains and I don't know all over. The third one didn't have any pillow cases on two pillows and no wash cloths or towel ended up staying in that one since it was our last night there.
