You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Very friendly and accommodating staff, very clean and well-kept, with just a few hints of timeworn showing after apparently recent redecorating.

IsraelOur room 118 the toilet seat was broken and the floor and carpets were not clean well. The linings had stains. The chek in was slow and for the first time I was asked after booking through booking.com to give information such as email, my home address and more; usually all the info is there from booking. Brekfast was fine but had limited variety and some products didn't seem fresh.
The location for us was perfact the pool was great and my daughter enjoyed it. The stuff were very nice and accommodating.

United States of AmericaThe manager was rude, the breakfast wasn’t good at all, the water wasn’t hot for showers, wasn’t allowed to have company and traveled 4hrs to visit with family and they weren’t allowed to stay or swim. Never ever has that been an issue any other place I stayed! I will not be returning. An I will make sure I let people know how the manager treats his customers. The carpet was gross but I guess that bc I had a puppy.
I like that it was near my family.

United States of AmericaBath tub was dirty and had hole patched with a dark tan calking. Bathroom door was all dented and poorly patched with the same material. Toilet leaked on floor when flushed. Walls are thin, someone pounding Nextdoor all nite. Sounds above our room was like a kid or dog was running around all nite. Breakfast had 2 eggs and one sausage in warmer, we arrived at 7:45 am for breakfast.
My car was still there in the morning.
