You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We were assigned on the second floor and there is no elevators. I have a bad knee so it was difficult to climb the steps. We were trying to sleep in and the house keeping banged on the door like 4 times. Everytime we answered, they werent there. There is no 'Do Not Disturb' signs :( We had no trashcans in the room. Also, someone set the clock alarm to 5:00am. Very annoying! Nice and clean room, but no relaxation with all the interruptions.
We liked the cleanliness of the room. Beds and pillows were very comfortable!! Breakfast was good. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and bar of soap. They have a hair dryer. There is tissue paper and toilet paper. Parking is fair.Right on the water. Beautiful views!

I was sad we could not stay in Anchor Inn, but where you put us was great. The guy put us in the very best room. Right on the water. I really enjoyed it. The fire pit being lit was great too.

Location was great and viewing the sunsets in the evening was awesome. The breakfast in the morning was hot and good, especially considering this stay was during 'COVID' times. Very clean, quiet and peaceful place to stay!

Room was nice but could have used a better cleaning. Tub, shower and bedding were all clean but room was dusty and bathroom walls around the mirror were not clean. Found a couple of dirty dishes in the kitchenette cabinets too. Morning coffee was weak and terrible but better later in the day. Room should not have been listed as good for a family of four. We were a couple but took this two queen bed family room because that’s what was available. However, if we would have been with one child, let alone two, it would not have been acceptable because closet was small and dresser was an old dresser that once housed a mini fridge and it only had 3 drawers.
Beautiful view from a simple room with exceptionally comfy bed and pillows. Room was tastefully decorated. Lovely pool with nice gas fire pits. Breakfast was decent. Coffee available 24/7. Would I stay again? Yes.

The cleanliness of the rooms could have been better but we realize that help/staffing is difficult
location was very nice, Travis was very professional and great to deal with, pool area was clean and very nice; Breakfast could have been a little better with some more variety, view was very nice, no housekeeping wasn't a problem because you could just go down to the front desk and ask for what you needed.

Some rooms are being renovated so there is a bit of that mess in the breezeways.
Located perfectly in the middle of everything. Walk to all the beach shops or restaurants or walk to downtown area of Main St for all the local action.

I liked the room ans the location ans was pleasantly surprised that it was affiliated with a larger, newer space. For booking the last minute it exceeded expectations though in general fixing a few of the i terroir aspects of room 156 would Make it seems like a better value (nails/ picture ripped off wall) and making it a brighter space would be beneficial but if I were staying longer and fishing and boating I would be very happy.
