We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Loved staying in the Elvis room. Very comfortable and clean. Nice, helpful staff. Soaking facilities were just what I needed, especially the pool which was the perfect temperature (and has a deep end!)

United StatesWe also were only given 2 towels in our room for 3 of us and half a roll of toilet paper for our 2 day stay. Also the people in the room above us were extremely loud throughout the night (I know that's not the hotels fault but it made it difficult to get to sleep)

United StatesThe hotel is on a busy street. You can walk up the street ( about 1/2 mile_) to the local McDonalds for breakfast coffee. The hotel has an old unused bar behind closed doors. It would be nice to see that converted into a decent snack bar with breakfast offerings including coffee, bagels etc.. Doesn't have to be free but good affordable and good.

United StatesMattress was old and dented/sunken. Super stiff in parts and caved in at others. Bad sleep. Room 313. Pools are nice. Staff is nice. Crowd was fine. Rooms are clean. The coffee situation is meh. Little single serve w a paper shot glass. Skipped it. No coffee in lobby so I drove to Starbucks. That isn’t relaxing. Maybe have a pot in the room or have it in the lobby.
