Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe floors upstairs were worp. The floor seemed to have water damaged to wood. The pull out couch was nasty mattress had lots of stains and couch was filthy. Unable to let my child sleep on it. We had no house keeping service for our stay unsure where the trash needed to go.

United StatesThere were plenty of dirty places that had not been cleaned. There was toddler food handprint smears on the window, crumbs of food and toys in and near the dresser and the floors needed to be mopped. The were visble sticky splatter spots of ketchup type substances in places on the floor. The beds seemed clean though.
The rooms are very spacious with a bed AND second bathroom located upstairs, and a kitchenette downstairs. Theres a sofa that converts to a bed, which are all very nice and comfortable. This was the perfect set up for a larger family.

I had forgot my ID. The staff did everything they could for me so I didn't have to drive 4 hours to get my ID. When they could of told me no ID no room. I would give them a 11 out of 10.

United StatesWell I love to swim and the pool was closed a lot and like I said previous the Brown bag you get for breakfast the washers were broke the dryers were broke you couldn't even clean your clothes I had a mouse run across the floor in my hotel room that scared the hell out of me there was lots of marks and stains in the bathtub the garbage disposal was broke I had problems with the TV but I fixed it that's just I stayed here lots of times and this was probably the worst the girl that worked the front desk was very very sweet that was the best part of my stay
I do like the location because I walk a lot there is a mall and many places to eat around there did not get the breakfast in the brown bag I can't have blueberry and I have blueberries muffins and blueberry granola bars in them I would love them to have their Buffet again

United StatesIt is an older property. Our a/c had a little trouble keeping up. The staff was more than willing to move us to another room, but we chose stay in our original room, so it was keeping it cool enough for comfort.
I like the privacy and layout of the property. Parking is available to be close to each building. Looks like each room has a an outdoor balcony area.

United States1st and foremost the the front desk managers was the best. Funny friendly caring helpful. I needed easy access because a was having brain surgery the next morning. I needed a extra pillow. The room had a full kitchenette and big bath. It was way better then a 4 star room we got another visit. Yes it had minor issues buy they didn't bother us.

Great size penthouse suites with several beds made the stay comfortable. The location was good. The staff was super nice. The price was very reasonable.

Large suite that included a full kitchen. The fridge had an ice maker and there were basic dishes and utensils which helped when a carryout place forgot to provide forks and spoons.
