Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

NetherlandsThe staff is lovely. The rooms are super clean and everything seems brand new. They are small but with everything one would need. It's a good location too. They have a nice rooftop with a nice view of the city.

United StatesThis is a great little hotel in a good location, the room was small but comfortable and clean, and the views from the rooftop bar are breathtaking. One thing to note is they advertise a daily $15 credit for food/drinks included in the rate, but it’s actually a 15% discount.

United StatesMy final night, with my "Still Dreaming" notice hanging o u side my door, I was awakened before 7:00 AM by a Housekeeping person with cans oF water I did not need or request. I was rudely awakened an hour before I had planned to rise and had my sleep interrupted for no good reason! It ruined a good stay and lowered my overall appraisal of my stay.
Location. Front desk team.

United StatesAs a 5'10'' person, my feet were hanging off the bed, it's way too short. Only 2 elevators to get to the top floors. Took 10 mins to go downstairs in the morning :(

SwitzerlandI wished the rooms would have been big enough to leave my suitcase open - I had to close it to exit the room. The aircon is noisy and I had to swap room as the coolong in the first didnt bring it down to 71 F. I am European, dont use aircon normally but the rooms are small, the windows shut hence u need aircon. the other two rooms they kindly showed me also had loud aircons. So I was provided with ear plugs.
hotel is run by wonderful people who are fun, caring, go the extra mile.

CanadaThe bathroom wasn't private enough/the bathroom door didn't really close. You would benefit from closing that wall and installing a real door. Please have a coffee/tea machine in the room, it's a basic.

PolandThe elevators were out of service nearly every day during our stay. On some days, we waited over 20 minutes just to get to our room, and when an elevator finally arrived, it was overcrowded, which made the experience quite frustrating.

NetherlandsNot really negative points, but just good to know: 1. The room we had was extremely small. Basically, our bed just fitted there leaving 0.5 m to the walls. 2. Quite expensive - around 300 Euro per night. But it was expected in New York. 3. Be prepared to pay extra fees next to what Booking.com charged you for. We paid around $300 for 7 days stay. 4. Its in Manhattan. So, the view from our room on the 5th floor was a backyard wall of some ugly building. But all in all, we enjoyed our stay - it's a very fine hotel with a reasonable value for money, at least for New York standards.
1. The location is great. It is literally 3 min walk from Broadway and the 5th Avenue. The street where the hotel is located, is relatively calm. At less than 10 min walk distance you can find 2 subway stations. 2. The ride from JFK is between 1 and 1.5 hours, depending on traffic (although Google maps claim it to be 35 min, assuming no traffic jams). 3. The staff is very friendly - we were welcomed at the reception by a very friendly young lady who checked us in in 5 min.
