Front desk people were not friendly, was woke up in the middle of the night by the front desk staff talking on here phone. Mirror was dirty. Coffee pot did not work. Microwave was not plugged in and the plug was too short to plug in where it was located so we moved it.

They had dove skincare products in large containers which were nice.

The room was very small, floors were laminate, no half and half for the coffee, just powdered creamer (yuck), the elevator didn’t work and we had a wheelchair, the people upstairs were jumping around until late at night, there were no extra blankets in the room, and the door had a handicap sign on it but no automatic door opener.

The amenities and facilities are old and outdated. We had a torn chair in the room. No Duvet, the bed is old. The sheets are old, everything is old.

I was told to check out because I cleaned my room I didn't know you were not suppose to clean up after yourself then was told it smells like smoke in the hallway that it had to come from my room when the whole hallway smells like weed on 1 and 2 floor

We stayed there for 4 nights, the staff was not friendly . The lobby for breakfast was a mess. The coffee maker in the room did not work.

The office staff was not super friendly. There was yelling in the halls at 2am and then the front desk called my room to see if it was me. But my neighbor room did not get a call. The breakfast was very small.

The furniture was nice. The bed was comfortable. The shower was clean and easy to use. There was a fridge in the room. The tv was a nice size in my room but my friends next door was super small.

Most of the staff was not welcoming at all. Had a pit bull at the front desk. Stood n line over 29 mins to get a new key for my room. It should not take two agents to extend someone’s stay. Never was greeted with a hello or welcome back from staff. Housekeeping sweeping n mopping the lobby while guest were standing standing in line making us move with out saying excuse me. Not to mention sweeping trash over my feet. There were 2 staff members that are male that were somewhat welcoming. Lots of strange ppl hanging around hotel…. Like the fact that u need a key to get in front door after 7 pm and no company allowed after a certain time. I will give this hotel another chance

We asked for a non smoking room and it took 3 tries to find one that actually was non smoking and didn't smell like smoke. Also, they didn't have any pack n plays or portable cribs for our infant, which definitely complicated our stay. We were surprised by the basic amenities that seemed to be missing.

The staff was great and helpful when we needed a different room and extra blankets. Location was good and close to the airport.

a lot of cash deposit customers who were constantly argumentative with staff about losing their deposits because they were smoking in nonsmoking rooms. I heard 2 different parties going on as well with well over the allowed occupants. the police at one point were called and there were about 5-7 units lined up outside with officers in the lobby and about 4 officers checking in the hallways checking a room RIGHT NEXT TO MINE!… also, the picture to my tv went black on Friday night and had only sound. I told them in the morning the next day and I left to go run some errands for half the day. I returned and asked about the tv and they said “Oh, sorry, we checked the wrong room.” I was patient and asked three more time with three different staff members and nothing. I had no tv the whole weekend. not even an offer to maybe change rooms. I ended up having to stay another night and on Sunday morning changed rooms and finally had something I paid for previously and didn’t receive. it’s one thing to not have a fridge or microwave, but to not have a working television in a room for 2 days is completely unacceptable.
