To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaI came to see the Chihuly exhibit at the Biltmore. The price was very affordable for my stay. The location of this hotel is perfect, less than 2 minutes to the entry gates. It was easy to find, parking was great, and check-in was a breeze. The front desk attendant was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfy, and the included toiletries were lovely. Breakfast was delicious each morning, with biscuits and gravy, eggs, bacon, and sausage. There was a waffle maker and an automatic pancake maker, which was pretty cool. The breakfast attendant was super nice and kept everything stocked and fresh. It was a great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel. I'll stay here again, most definitely.

Everything was so excellent! The staff at the desk and housekeeping were amazing. They came in and straightened up daily. You couldn’t ask for a better location. It was close to the Biltmore and you could walk to restaurants and Biltmore Village. Breakfast was excellent as well with an attentive staff person to help you if needed. Highly recommend.
