Bathroom behind the door was dirty. The toilet paper was at the end of the roll, we had to go and ask for a roll.

Coffee and blueberry muffins were good. Beds were comfortable.

Doors were being worked on the key they gave me never worked. Had to walk around to front door each time.

My room was very comfortable, but I should have asked for handicap, I had difficulty getting into and out of the tub shower. My problem.

Breakfast was disappointing. The room layout was a little odd ( bathroom was separated, toilet and shower in seperate room, sink was in the main room)

Great location, food & shopping within walking distance. Staff were very informational and pleasant. Very clean.

On the negative side I didn't like that it didn't have an elevator and I especially didn't like that there was no notification of that fact while you're booking the room. I never thought to ask and have never stayed at a hotel that didn't have one before. It only had 2 floors but if you have a lot of stuff to bring to your room or if you're older or disabled you would need to know that. Also our air conditioner in our room was very noisy and made one particularly unusual and annoying sound that I've never heard one make before

On the positive side the shower head and water pressure were excellent. The room in general including the bathroom was very small but was clean and had what anyone would need for a short stay

1st day lady in kitchen very friendly and pleasant and helpful but the rest of stay the other people were not friendly never smiled grumbled and served cold eggs, rock hard biscuts no milk as they could have ran to store to buy knowing they were out the day b4 finally day we left that's what they did. Extremely noisy even after 10 pm could hear teens/kids stumping up and down steps and even heard them cursing. We've stayed here for many yrs but will not be back.

Staff @ desk when we cked in was friendly, staff was super nice the 2nd day. The staff who cleaned rms etc very nice and always had a smile.

Sink handle in room 119 wasn't attached to faucet hardware, it was workable but unacceptable. Should be fixed before room is rented again. Shower ceiling moldy with black mold in room 119. Room bathroom also dated with updates long over due, tiling, caucking, flooring. Continental breakfast barely passable as breakfast, coffee so weak not really passable as coffee.

Staff are excellent, friendly and helpful, Bed was comfortable and shower water pressure was very good. AC worked well. Room was clean.

Refrigerator and microwave didn't work. Toilet ran constantly. Only shower worked, not bath. Water didn't drain in sink. Very limited breakfast available. Limited tv channels, no guide.

The key door in the back letting people in would not shut automatically. The key lock going into our room was hard to use. There would be a bright flash of light ever so often at night in the room.

The staff was very friendly and nice. And the continental breakfast was good.

Booked a room especially with a jet tub, the tub wouldn’t hold water, the tub faucet was half way broken and when mentioned to the staff, it was like nothing was wrong

The bed was really firm, pillows were flat, only one entrance/ exit at the back of the hotel.

I disliked the lack of elevator in the building. The complimentary breakfast was alright, however I would prefer to have individualized cartons of milk rather than a communal pitcher. Two of our lamps in the room did not work.

There are some repairs that need done. the door closest to my room didn't work and the shower ceiling in my room needs repaired. Housekeeping did not run the sweeper in my room prior to my arrival.

The staff was great. The breakfast was good.

Breakfast was post-covid typical, bathroom sink was clogged, wi-fi was very sketchy. Overall it was clean and convenient to my jobsite
