Cleanliness. Broken appliances. Lock on the door was broken. Stains in carpet. Random clothes from previous guests were in there including used panties and underwear.

Stayed at the beach and town there were holes in the wall the tub was stopped up there were no towels no washcloths no soap no light theTV didn't work and they tried to change the room the other room the door didn't close and it had no TV in it at all no towels no washcloths no blankets and downstairs they were shooting fireworks and guns I saw the young man with the gun the management knows what's going on they are aware there's also drug dealing going on at the property they choose to ignore it .The manager was very nasty to me he even called to their other properties and told them not to rent to me because I complained about the conditions of the beach in town to booking com.

I didn't like the bed bugs. I woke up at 1am all itchy and at first the said they were fully booked and couldn't do anything for me. After calling booking.com, they put me in a room that is probably for employees. At noon, they put me in a different room. Although the 2nd room didn't have bugs, I didn't sleep well worrying about them.

The location is good.

The staff, bed bugs . The other tenants were smoking drugs that did not smell like marijuana. The Wi-Fi did not work for the room that I was in there is a lot of drug dealers dealing and prostitution the staff seem to know and do not care . They probably get paid to look the other way because for my stay I saw a lot go down !!! This whole hotel should be under investigation

Nothing about that place is likeable

My first night there someone tried to enter my room with just me a my baby, I had to put a chair behind the door, the box spring is nasty there's a hold in the wall over one of the beds, the bathroom window is very easy to enter in, I had call someone to come and sleep over with me at night. They didn't try to fix nothing in the room. The door couldn't lock up top. It's isn't a safe place to stay.

NOT HAVING TOWELS

THE WORKERS ARE GREAT NEED TO ALWAYS HAVE TOWELS THOUGH AND THE CLEANING PEOPLE NEED TO BE FIRED!! THEY DO NOT CLEAN THE TIME CORRECTLY THINGS ARE FOUND BY THE TOILET TUB DIRTY GOOD UNDER THE BED AND MOPING THE FLOOR WITH A DIRTY MOP. THIS IS A FEW EXPERIENCES WE'VE HAD OTHER THEN THAT PERFECT!! ANDRES AND THE NIGHT ATTENDANT ARE SO NICE I LOVE THEM!!

I use Booking.com and make the assumption that the site has at least a low bar that will eliminate places that are unfit. But no. This hotel should not be on the site. No one should stay here. The owners need to fix the place up to at least passable before accepting any more guests. And finally, no employee should have to work in such miserable surroundings.

This property should not be listed on Booking.com. It is in such a dilapidated state that it is not fit for people to stay there. The staff person was extremely nice, and I can't imagine how awful it must be to work in a place that has received no improvements in decades. Please remove this property from your site. Do not stay here.

I felt discriminated by the manager from the very beginning. He caused me hardship while I was there he put me in the room where they were doing construction on top of me then move me to a second room where they were doing construction next to the room then when they put me in the third room somebody on top of me was banging. I called booking.com to let them know to see if we can come up with a better solution than just moving me around rooms inside this Motel and my phone call was terminated like a good four or five times making me feel like I was the one at fault and I did something bad to cause all this. I'm 41 years old I know right from wrong. What they did was wrong.

I like the Roku TV I like the new Air Conditioning they had
