Can hear music from the bar across the street until very early in the morning which made it hard to sleep. Took several tries to unlock our door to the room every time we wanted to enter.

Elevator not working. Staff are not communicating well. We wanted our room cleaned but did not happen. Clearly someone in the staff was not telling the truth. The breakfast was okay.

Property needs to be renovated, but it was clean. The hurricane damage has still not been repaired. The elevators did not work.

Cks bar. Drinks were horrible and almost vomited. Never ever had olives on nachos and don't want them ever again. Especially since I don't like olives. The bartender couldn't tell us what goes on them. And $20 for bad tasting nachos was not ideal! The quesadillas were horrible as well. My friend and I both got sick. I had the runs and she vomited .The bartender looked tired and overwhelmed. Besides the elevator and ice machines not working I would come again and not eat at cks.

The facility was a bit run down. The outdoor firepits were not working, the bar wasn't open, and the breakfast was minimal.

The bed sheets felt like y’all don’t use dryer sheets, the pillows were extremely used and flat. The elevator DID NOT WORK and I was on the 5th floor.

The hotel has not recovered since the hurricanes. The elevator doesn’t work. Most of the outlets in my room didn’t work. The lamp and ceiling fan light did not work. For $350 a night I would expect better. Breakfast filled the void, but that’s about it. Coffee cups were like shot glasses

Location and parking were excellent. The pool appears recently remodeled very nicely, and a great view. The beds are also very comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful.

That the elevator wasn’t working (we had a member of our party with an injured knee), that there was vomit smell by the pool area, and that many floor tiles around the pool were loose (made us worry extra for our injured family member)

I didn't like that.I was on the fourth floor and the elevator was broken and was not working during my visit and I had a friend with me that had asthma and Me the mother chrystal Have a blown disk in my Back so it was painful climbing the stairs. But other than that I had a wonderful time.

I love that I had the pool view and the beach view and breakfast in the morning because of me having my son Front desk staff was very nice.And the staff on the floors were also nice

The bathroom could use a new paint job and the tub needed new caulk around the tub surround; there was mold growing around the tub and access panel from all the moisture. Bathroom fan needed a good cleaning. All are easy enough fixes if given the time to be able to do so. There were many birds using the pool to swim and drink which made wanting to use it a bit questionable but not sure how to fix that. I suspect the other pools have similar issues. Even with that it didn't diminish our wonderful stay in Clearwater Beach and I would still look to stay at the Beachview again.

Gorgeous view of the beach and right across the street! No need for a car with plenty of options for great dining and other activities. Room was clean with a nice kichenette. All appliances were functional. Shower had great water pressure and hot water. Beds were comfortable and A/C kept the room nice and cool. The cleaning staff were very nice and you could tell, worked very hard to keep things clean.

The staff is snobby. They act like it’s a 5 star motel. No elevator. The rooms are very dated and half way cleaned. Our sheet had blood stains in it and our curtains didn’t close they were broken. The couch was so gross I didn’t dare set in it. Just not the best place to spend 425 just to be by the beach. They should do better for the price.

The day deal staff were very rude and focused more on their personal conversation then helping the customers in the lobby that were checking out. For the price, they could afford to do some upgrades. Tiny bathroom with slanted flooring.

Location was great, front desk staff called before we arrived to inform us the elevator was out of order and offered to cancel at no charge. Upon checking in he reminded us about the elevator and was very apologetic.

Our first room had not been cleaned. We were warned about the elevators not working, but they were unwilling to put us on a different floor when we arrived. There were 2 ice machines, one did not work during our entire stay and the other could not keep up by Friday. Pool itself had stuff on the bottom and needed cleaned.
