the people upstairs keeps running and jumping we cant sleep match because of the guests upstairs and we woke up early because of the too kids upstairs keep running I don’t know why they’re parents didn’t atop them and let them know there are people downstairs. please Beachwalk villa include to your house rules regards kids running late night and early morning.. so annoying..

Small space with close neighbors so all outside noise/lights were very noticeable.

Location was PERFECT - walking distance to beach, restaurants, and shops. Amenities included everything you could need for a quick stay and staff was more than accommodating when needed.

We stayed in Villa #2, the 1st bedroom was small and the bed could use an upgrade, it was squeaky and not the most comfortable especially if you have back issues. The smaller bathroom had standing water in the tub on our second day ( My husband and I unclogged it) Could not reach anybody in the office because they open at 9am and we left the villa a lot earlier on all days, did not get our toiletries and k cups replenished either.

The kitchen and living room is spacious. They provided extra sheets, towels and went extra mile in putting up a ballon banner for my daughter who celebrated her bday. They also provided a cot/folding bed as requested. It was walking distance to a lot of good restaurants. The location is great!

the room did not have much natural light so remained gloomy. The sofa wasn’t comfortable to sit on and the only other chair was awkwardly placed in a corner. the kitchen didn’t have any space for food preparation.

the location was superb - 2 minute walk to the beach and within comfortable walking distance were restaurants and bars aplenty. the cooking facilities were decent with a proper oven & hob as well as microwave. the small pool area was a great place to sit and read or dunk in the water to cool off. having the laundry facilities were great too. As were the towels by the pool. good water pressure for shower and washing up. very comfortable big bed.

The pillows were really hard and the bed comforter was very thin and did not sleep well. The curtains were white and thin so the sun streams in as soon as it came up. The couch was also very uncomfortable.

full kitchen stock with all utensils including but not limited to all pots and pans, cutlery and dishes, Keurig and toaster oven. No AC but it did have a fan in the closet which being near the ocean I think would be sufficient. A rollaway bed in the closet with extra sheets and blankets

The parking is very small for any suv or trucks, and the room is nice but has to be either fixed up a little or just a repaint.

The bed was old I think, firm in the middle but dips where people lay. also the toilet of the villa above me must be right above the beds in my villa. let’s say I could hear everything.

Drainage problem with bathroom bathtub. Very limited number of silverware. However, adequate kitchen utensils overall. Please keep coffee makers on site in each unit. Bed in master was creaky —could have been more comfortable.

Loved how close it was to the ocean. Staff was very friendly and workable. Unit was a good size. Kitchen was very workable. Loved grill on our balcony.

The bed in the larger room was not great. It was super squeaky and loud. The slightest adjustment you made on the bed would cause loud creaks and the bed feels it’s going to fall apart. The blinds for the large screen door in the living room had more than half of its blinders missing so there is no privacy at all. Parking spaces were nice but extremely narrow and tight.

I loved the proximity to the beach (right across the street) and Carlsbad Village (a block or two) which allowed us to travel by foot. We stayed in villa 2 and the place was clean and spacious. it had the necessary kitchen utensils and gadgets to make and eat homemade meals. The property provided a lot of towels and blankets for general use. Check in process was easy and the staff was friendly.

We really loved the location. The Kitchen space was a bit too small (we were in unit #10) Not enough counter space. Overall, we loved it. We will be returning another time.

Breakfast was not offered which is fine. Appreciate the bottled water. 3 for 4 guests. There were beach towels which was nice but again 3 for 4 guests. The cleaners were in cleaning the neighboring rooms and above my bedroom before 8am. Please respect my quiet time as I respect my neighbors. Regarding noise. I expected some noise since it was Nye. But the walls are so thin. I could hear children running back n forth for hours, music died down and partying was definitely happening way beyond 9pm not just on Nye. I rolled with it. If hot tub were offered or jetted tubs in rooms I would be more likely to return. The location is ideal and property is well kept. Thank you.
