Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaRoom carpets are run down, and guests with ski boots on mwalking on the hallways were noisy and loud. The doors were loud. The room air is musty, our sinuses flared up, runny nose and nonstop sneezing, can't open the window for fresh air, though we didn't try.
Very convenient good walking distance to the main street, staff and provided services were exceptional.

United States of AmericaFor the first time in many stays over the years I found it to be in serious distress. The deferred maintenance pretty much all over the facility is out of control. Their “system” was down the whole time allegedly. It was one thing after another the whole time.

United States of AmericaThe room was dated looking. The furniture looks like it is from the 90's. Lamps and fixtures look old and were connected with white power strips. The bathroom was dated and the tub was clogged - making a slow drain. The tub drain, which should not come out, was on the floor next to the toilet... The one time we went to use the pool and hot tubs, I called and asked if I need a towel? The front desk replied no, there were towels available there. When we arrived, there were no clean towels, only a mountain of dirty ones. It took over 45 minutes before someone brought some fresh towels.
The location and property design was optimal for a ski-in-ski out property. The entire resort was planned out very well - parking room access, the resort amenities are all easily accessed from inner passageways and elevators. The beds were comfortable.

United States of AmericaThe food at Beaver Run is so expensive. We paid so much for yogurt, granola bars and soda pop. It was a little ridiculous but we were a captive audience so had to pay.
Location was great. Staff was friendly. We loved staying at the base of Beaver Run SuperChair.

United States of AmericaThey could maintain the property a little better, so to offer a better experience to their guests. The buildings and room looked old, not properly cleaned, with dated furniture and a small and old TV in the room we stayed at.
The property was well located.

UkraineThe hotel is pretty old, though it is clean and maintained just fine.
The hotel has an exceptional location and facilities in it. It is just near the lift, every room has its own locker key and the lockers located near the lift. It was just perfect. The resort has everything you might need: inside parking, pool area, spa, gaming room for kids. Very comfortable beds and pillows.

United States of AmericaThe rooms in building 1 definitely need some updating..... We liked having dining facilities on site, and although the food was good (but not exceptional) at Spencer's - the price was way too high for the quality and quantity (especially for all the so-called add-ons, which should be included in a meal for $ 38.00.
The rooms were spacious, but the buildings need some upgrading. I was unable to adjust the thermostat to a comfortable temperature and since the windows in building 1 are old - and metal - they iced up on the inside when the temperature went down to 1 F (-17 C) which allowed for a draft in the room. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, but since a room was available, we were given early access which allowed us to get on the slopes right away.

Location to slopes. The little kitchen in the summit suite was awesome with full fridge. The two plate burner was nice to have to cook our meals on. The balcony view was great. Enough space to not feel cramped, like we are at hotel room.
