My ac didn’t work, no parking, the front guy had absolutely no knowledge on how to use a computer and see if my booking was actually correct or not. Everything. So fair warning for anyone who wants to stay here, be prepared to park 4-5 blocks down in a very sketchy parking lot and PAY EXTRA for parking. Ridiculous.

nothing. the dude in the front didn’t care that there wasn’t enough parking and he could careless if you cancelled or not rather than find a solution. Also, the area around the hotel is pretty ghetto.

Having to look search for parking on the street in the Hollywood area. I wasn’t told that parking wasn’t available until I showed up at the hotel. Told that I would lose my money if I cancel the room. I had to check in through a small mailbox size slot in the driveway. About .20 minutes after I checked it a white checked. they were able to use the main office door to walk up the customer service lobby. The next morning I directed be back to the mailbox slot. unbelievable. I wasn’t able to use any of the tourist material that should have been available.

None of the outlets worked so couldn't charge phones, parking was way to small, also I put down 2 adults and 2 children, got charged extra 50 for my daughter's age, she is only 14.

The space is really, really dirty. from floors to sheets, everything is dirty. We also found cockroaches in our apartment. after telling the clerk, he told us we should just remove it since it‘s no big deal and there are no rooms left to switch. i removed the first cockroach, just to come back and find 2 other ones. this time we were able to switch the rooms. there might have a room appeared magically. it‘s still hollywood.

if you have a car you can get to the hlywd blvd within minutes. without a car, you shouldnt leave the place cause its in the middle of the homeless district.

In reflecting back on my stay at this lodging last week, there are two things that I did NOT like: the desk personnel upon my arrival and guests having to use the miniscule night window in checking in and out; the lobby area was closed to guests' entering and exiting.

Overall, my stay at this facility was more positive than not from its location, decor, parking space, price, and the quiet that I experienced during my three night stay. ...will stay here again if my friend fails to find me lodging elsewhere.

Rude staff, shower was cold, room wasn’t ready after check in time, mould around bath.. Get what you pay for. Wouldn’t stay again.

As we got in the room, there was a cockroach on the floor. We notified the owner, and he told us they came from the piping. We wanted to be refunded, he gave us another room instead, and that he would refund if we found another one. The room he gave us looked a little better and we didn’t find cockroaches. However, I did not feel comfortable, and decided to clean the drawers . I only had water, and saw that the room was not very clean….2 days before we left, we found another cockroach… Also, we had to leave 2 says earlier, and he never wanted to reemburst us. Tried to contact Booking. com and they told me it was up to the owner…

They have limited parking that fills up quickly. Don’t count on parking on site. The nearest public parking is a few blocks away and was $30.00 to park overnight.

Very little parking, worker was rude even asking for basic things, room wasn’t clean, blood stains in bathroom, wifi didn’t work. Charged me $200 because 2 people slept in a bed because I had “visitors”

Nothing this place was dirty specially the bed and the staff was not helpful at all. Asked for another room but they said no and all they could do was cancel the room for us to be on our way. Never going back to that place.

the staff, how they treated me, how the plumbing became an issue and I had to let in the plumber in the morning, giving me no time to expect the plumber while I was preparing for work. it was just a mess.

the location but was taken back by how bad the staff was and how rude! there was a problem with the shower not turning off and so all night there was a constant moisture in the room, was very loud and just an awful night due to the hotel’s handling of the situation. The wieners didn’t want to put me in a different room

When we arrived, the bathtub faucet was on and wouldn’t turn off. The temperature of the water was reversed as well which took us awhile to figure out. We were harassed by 4 men in the parking lot and the employee did nothing to help us. The other guests played loud music and slammed doors regularly which made it hard to sleep.

I liked that the parking was well lit, and the bed was comfortable! The backlit mirror in the bathroom area was nice as well and I appreciated having a mini fridge.

they took my 200$ deposit because when I went to take a shower in the morning before check out the shower head broke as if they just had it sitting on the hose and I was blamed for it.
