Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

They charged a $75 fee that they said would be returned on August 8. It has not been refunded!!
That we were able to book through booking.com and get a lower rate than they quoted us in person.

The vending and ice machine could have been closer.
Rooms were clean and location was good, near restaurants and stores right off the exit. Over all it served its purpose was in town for basketball tournament.

parking was horrible. we stayed several days. went to ask for towels was told they were sold out.....of Towels and wash clothes. beds were super hard

Room smelled like cat pee. Used deodorant spray to cover oder.

If not coming to from the highway, GPS, takes you around the back and you have to go by a pretty run down motel and the gate was blocking off the entrance to get to Best Western. We got a room with two double beds and the one bed.If you didn't prop a pillow in front of you or behind you, you'd roll off the side.

Food was cold for breakfast.
Room I wanted on the first floor was available. Beds were very comfortable. Toilet was very low for a tall older person but everything was clean, just needed some paint.

Entry doors could stand to be replaced to remove signs of forced entry. (did not check rooms nearer the office)
Did not try the Breakfast as McDonald's Breakfast was just next door. The room was at the far end of the complex, where to door appeared to be forced open at one time. Rm Key did not open the door after several tries, so I was moved to another room. Once inside, the room was comfortably warm (traveled in winter) with the temp totally in my control. Beds were clean and comfortable. The floor was NOT sticky as I've come to expect with most hotel rooms (THIS IS A BIG PLUS). Bathroom was standard stuff for the age of this hotel - very satisfactory.

TV in dining area was initially too loud. Our outside door had significant paint peeling.
Very hot water for tea in dining area. Excellent. Very quiet even though we were next to expressway. Location great: many dining options and gas stations close by.

They took a $75.00 refundable deposit from us. Two seniors with no kids or pets. Not sure what that was about.
For an old motel, it was good and clean. The bed was comfortable and they supply your toiletries. My only complaint is there was an acid type odor that I think was coming from the air conditioner but it wasn’t offensive. Front desk was very friendly.

The toilet didn't work well. The coffee machine was not good. No Styrofoam cups for coffee either.

I have no complaints. It was a nice stay.
This is a nice little place to stay for a night or two. It was really clean and maintained, it's the best when you walk into your room and smell that fresh laundered sheet smell. We travel a lot and rarely experience that anymore. They had a laundry on site and a really nice little outdoor pool my kids loved. Like many have said before the breakfast was really a quality breakfast. We will probably stay again.

There was a wasp at the room entrance (so may have been a nest close by that needed to be treated); Our room was at a back corridor with steps adjourning a messy-looking hotel with tenemos playing loud music and smoking on their veranda, with small gate open towards this hotel; The inner security lock for our door was broken off (giving impression that if it was there is it because it was needed and why wasn’t it replaced?); The breakfast wasn’t appealing. We did not eat.
It was close to where I needed to be; It had a well-kept appearance.

Carpet and state of tub. I also didn't like that I couldn't get closed captioning on the TV as I am hard of hearing.
It was reasonable until you add $60 for two dogs for one night and another $40 for late checkout. The room was adequately furnished and had the necessary amenities like a coffee maker, fridge, microwave, hair dryer, iron & ironing board. The tub showed some wear. Don't like carpet as a general rule. The front desk staff person was friendly. I did like that the shower had bottle dispensers of body wash, shampoo, conditioner. It was also very conveniently located to a grocery store.
