The one room very strong smell of paint as they are remodeling. I sprayed with Lysol multiple times to break down the smell.

The elevator is not a smooth ride, but gets the job done. The door to our room, both on the room side and hall side had large chips in the paint. The bathroom light fixture was missing one shade and had a burnt out bulb in another. There was a water spot on the ceiling in the shower. The walls between rooms were good noise buffers, but you can hear a mouse fart in the hallway.

Stayed at this property a few years ago, before they remodeled, and it was clean and comfortable, so chose to stay again. It was still clean and comfortable in the room, but there are some cosmetic and safety upgrades that could be beneficial.

Lobby, carpet, hallways looked extremely old and worn and dirty. Room numbers were written on masking tape with a sharpy pen. The bed was hard

Undergoing major refurbishment so place had appearance somewhat of a building site, had to change room due to fridge making strange noise that kept me awake , however staff resolved this issue very swiftly .

Reasonably close to local transport into city, staff very helpful and friendly esp reception and the breakfast lady. Price was reasonable for a 3 night stay however no warning prior to stay about refurbishment at premises.

The decor, Apparently the hotel is going through some renovations, The walls are apparently in the process of being painted, The light fixtures covers are missing, Also the room number plates are missing with numbers being written on with markers. Hopefully on my next visit the renovation will be finished.

There was a great variety of items to choose from and the staff was great.

Check in is to late 4pm. It should be 2pm. Bad attitudes and construction going on during the evening hours.

Minor details: ceiling seemed to be flaking in one spot, falling onto bed; shower curtain rod functional but not attached securely; toilet shifted slightly; card readers on both ends of building weren't working, so doors were taped open; exercise equipment not maintained (pedal missing on one stationary bike; electronics not fully functional on all equipment)

They are in the middle of renovations So that had a lot going on wasn't noisey or anything just a lot of trash outside and not much parking due to dumpsters and containers. Overall still a nice place to stay and when renovations are complete. It will be a really nice place.
