the kitchen had not been finished no shelfing in units, no cutlery no hair dryer, no safe, total lack of power outlets in kitchen and by the TV so to make a hot drink you have to take the coffee maker to the bed side, the TV not working properly, power outlet beside the bed at high level was just hanging out and not connected to anything I think it was for the A/C controls as that was not working, housekeeping the floor looked clean but our feet kept getting very dirty after walking on it but the rest was kept very nice, beach access area not finished and could be much much better

Our room 216, had some things needing fixed like damaged door trim and bathroom door didn't close . The room also didn't have a desk or table.

The restaurant at the hotel did not have great service. We went to have an early dinner and they did not have enough staff. The waiter did not have time to give us water or check on us or give us water because he was serving the drinks at the bar. The manager became aware of the situation and helped us get our check and boxes for our leftovers

We loved our view of beach and was able to watch sunrise in the morning.

5th floor bathrooms are really small. It's hard to get in an out of especially if your trying to help a toddler use the potty or shower, just in general not alot of room for moving around in the bathroom.

Was excellent for the kiddos. Pool was clean. Kiddie pool was a hit for toddlers.

Parking was a bit of an issue with the construction that was currently underway during our stay, especially during bike week when more people were in town with Bikes and bike trailers. Overall though, I look forward to returning possibly next year.

The hotel was in a beautiful quiet location where you could enjoy early morning sunrises and sunsets on the beach or from your hotel balcony. The pool area was beautiful and well maintained, and I enjoyed the Friday and Saturday night DJ.

The floors in the room were dirty. The hardwood floors made our feet brown. We could tell when we took off our socks and when we stepped into the shower. The carpet section had a few stains. It needs carpet steamed.

What I did not like is that if I hadn't called to confirm one room versus two rooms that you showed on the reservation, I would probably never have been able to stay there as they showed both rooms cancelled. I called a couple of days before arrival. And for some reason, when I reinstated the room reservation, it did not include breakfast as it was supposed to on the original reservation. As a result, I had to pay for breakfast. Not happy with that.
