Little bit of an older property, could be a tad cleaner (needed a garbage can), should have towels in the room on arrival, maybe a tiny bar of soap (?), and parking could be easier.

The property was super easy to find and in a nice, safe area really close to the beach. I chose street parking, there was enough close by. It’s a rather old place but it does the job. I stayed there less than 12 hours — it was really a place for me to sleep and go. For that purpose it was great. I called ahead and told them I needed a late check-in (11 PM), and they gave me the number of a staff member to call when I arrived, which I did, and he was there to meet me and check me in, in under 2 minutes time. It was clean enough, I felt the bedding was clean and fresh….but oddly my room had no garbage can (room 111). The shower had low pressure but had plenty of HOT water (no soap, and had to ask for towels, but I got them fresh out of the dryer minutes later). There was a good working AC unit in the window, a ceiling fan, a fridge and a large TV. I forgot to ask about the WiFi but I had cell service so it didn’t matter. Look, it’s not the Ritz. But it was 10 miles from where I needed to be and it was $250 cheaper than anything else I could find in the area. I’d stay there again for a night.

The property was nice, Meagen was a sweetheart she was very nice and was very accommodating. My boyfriend and I stayed there for 2 weeks. Meagan made us feel like family

No soap (or shampoo). Coffee maker but no coffee. No cups for water, or coffee. Ordered a queen bed and got a full, but we were happy to cuddle all night.

Rooms is nicely refurbished and sparce. Comfortable. Bed was clean and comfortable. Manager is incredibly nice, friendly and helpful. Gardens are cheerful and well cared for.

I love the front desk, employee very gracious and the housekeeper. Megan was wonderful however, my first room look like a room that Hunter Biden would do his crack pipe smoking in, so of course I declined the mattresses need to be changed. They need to unify their bedding. it looks like it came from a goodwill, all mixed match nothing consistent, like I said, the place needs to be majorly remodeled you can tell the people the owners the LLC on this property do not take care of it. There was even a notice posted by the front desk in the window from the city of San Clemente. that’s not a good optic.
