The entrance to my room was on the lower level of the street and we could hear all of the outside noise. Felt more like a motel room. Was not worth the amount of money I paid for 2 days. Room smelt musty/mildewy.

The front desk staff was friendly.

the fact that you already pay higher prices for the room then usual and they charge you an extra 15 a night to park your car if your a guest it should be included

Locations of ice machines. Should have one on every floor. Also there seems to be a knat problem in the building. It seem to happen in the bathrooms at night. When the light is turned on they were all over the wall by the vent in the ceiling. I took it upon myself to get a can of spray from front desk to alevate the problem. It did help for the duration of my stay. This was not my expectation for a chain of Best Western Hotels. I expected much better than this.

1 block over is an outdoor venue playing rock music late at night. The beds are terribly hard. They must have exterminated recently because of the heavy smell of the treatment spray. My 1st room had baby roaches crawling around and a dead road in the bathroom. I was moved to another room on the same floor. Everytime you flushed the toilet there was a heavy odor of sewage permeating through the entire room.

I liked the central location. I went for a funeral, the hotel was 2 blocks from the boardwalk and 5 minutes from where I needed to be.

Hallway smelled like cigarette smoke and breakfast was over at 10am which was too early.

The main floor entrance door was secured. Not just anyone could have walked in. The location was perfect!

First room reservation given was "Smelly, like mildew and smoke filled" Went to front desk clerk again and was given another room. Not upgraded for any inconvenience, though.

Front desk clerk was attentive and completed the. sign in process fast.

I didn’t like that they make you sign a form saying you agree to not smoke in the room or be charged and yet the hallways smelled like marijuana. The room on the second floor was tight and the windows weren’t clean. Whoever was in charge of that room also didn’t change all the sheets as the bed skirt was dirty.

I liked the price and location of this hotel. Away from all the hustle and bustle. But walking distance from the boardwalk and all the happenings. I was there for a concert at the Boardwalk Hall and it took us about 15 mins walking to get there. Arman is a great staff member. His coworker checked us in and the room she put us in had a dirty bed skirt. I came to the front desk and said something to Arman and without hesitation he fixed the issue and gave us a new room which was actually better and more spacious (room on the 4th floor). Then on the day of checkout I noticed his coworker had charged me for the room even tho I prepaid on booking.com. He fixed the issue and provide documentation to support the changes. Overall super professional and kind. The bed was comfy, adequate lighting and outlets for charging electronic devices. The room has fridge and microwave which seems rare these days. Even though I didn’t use it was nice to see the bathroom equipped with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The water was just the right amount of hot and the water pressure was on point.
