I'm a tall person with knee issues and the toilet was very low and hard to get up from.

The blinds were broken and there was an very bright light outside my window. We could not get the room dark enough to enjoy our sleep. For whatever reason I was getting sicker/ flu with each passing day.

We stayed in the King room with spa bath and it was very spacious. The room was clean enough and amenities were suitable. The spa bath was small but adequate. There was a working fireplace! The staff were very friendly and responded to our needs quickly. Breakfast was very good. They offered a variety of hot or cold items. Location was close to restaurants and a mall. Plenty to do!

I believe there was some event going on because there were tons of little girls running up and down and it was very loud.

Having the jacuzzi in the room was a major bonus. I suffer from ra and this was amazing to be able to enjoy in the room.

House keeping had their carts all over the hallways instead of leaving a clear path on one side for guests to walk .

It's a sprawling setup, and some outlying areas needed cleaning. Roughly half of the (potentially very cool mix of) games in the game room were not in service.

I booked a ground-floor king suite with in-room whirlpool. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was wide ranging and decent in quality, with offerings from fruit and yogurts to bacon, breakfast potatoes, and even chili con carne. The pool, spa, and shower areas downstairs were in good order.

A few things we did not like; The bathroom and TV were a bit outdated. Not many people go on vacation to watch TV so this was not that big of a deal for us but in comparison to other hotels we have stayed at, the TV was small and old. In the bathroom, there was no water pressure in the shower. On our last day there, we had no hot water. We assume this was probably because everyone was using the showers and getting ready for checkout. We were happy to find out from the hotel staff that there was a game room but were quickly disappointed to see that almost all of the arcade games (including both pool tables) were out of order. Some of the other guests were also wondering why they would promote a game room when most of the games were out of order. The breakfast was okay. Not the best complimentary hotel breakfast I have had but decent enough since it offered a variety of options.

The hotel was nice. When arriving to check in, the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The lady that checked us in provided thorough information on how to find things in the hotel and highlighted the hotel amenities. To our surprise, the hotel has a game room. I liked that the hotel staff was attentive, they provided room service and extra towels without us having to ask. In our room, we liked that it offered a work desk (even though our trip was not for business). I liked how many mirrors the bathroom had, and the lighting. The room had a fridge and microwave. My partner and I enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Other hotel guests seemed pleasant. The purpose of our trip was to visit Mcintyre Ski. Aside from being really close to the ski location, the hotel was also very close to the mall and many places to eat. The location was perfect.

The only complaints I have was that the pillows were tiny and flat so it was so uncomfortable to sleep on them. The other thing is that the Wi-Fi was so spotty and sometimes would go out so that was unfortunate.

I stayed here with my husband and two children. It was definitely convenient to everything we did in Manchester while visiting family - no more than 15 minutes! The rooms were pretty good for the price we paid.

No housekeeping done in two nights I stayed. When we asked for fresh towels the front lady said it’ll be ready to be picked up. When we returned no towels were awaiting for us to collect.

Breakfast was delicious. A variety of fresh fruit could have been offered.

the breakfast, tables were dirty, they would run out of items, such as oatmeal? we were on the second fl & people on the third fl were letting their kids jump off furniture. They need to put people that have children on the bottom floor!
