Window coverings did not block enough light. There was minimal contact with staff. There are no amenities outside of the room itself.

The rooms were clean and modern. The hotel was quiet.

The pool was closed when I got there and I really needed it for my body from the traveling. It would have been nice to have a ice machine on your floor. I have an invisible illness and require handicap access (the long walk hurt)!

It was in a great location! I came up to see Colby Sawyer College for my son’s graduation. I like the cabin feel and the cool wall decor!

To be very critical, the lighting in the room wasn't very bright, but not problematic.

The room was spacious, warm and comfortable. All the essentials covered after a day on the slopes - included hair dryer, microwave and minifridge. There was a tea and coffee station in the corridor for easy access. You could hear people (probably kids) running around upstairs but all was quiet at night, everyone probably exhausted from a day on the mountain. Plenty of parking, and the bus that leaves out front can take you straight up to the mountain.

There were no curtains on the windows, only a blackout shade. For all rooms facing the parking lot, which is basically all of the rooms, you either have to be in complete darkness during the day to have privacy or you keep the shade up and risk it. In the rooms facing the front of the inn, the bright outside lights pour into the bedrooms through the cracks of the blackout shade so the room is never dark at night.

The inn was very cute and unique. The pool was a great feature for winter.

The hotel is very nice. Great location if you are going skiing. My only complaint is the heat was set way too hot. Rooms were not comfortable, I had to open the window to get some cold air in.

My only complaint was our bedroom had the smell of a leftover plumbing issue w the smell of poop and mold. There was no fresh air ventilation so it was a noticeable presence.

Honestly everything was great- the location is excellent for winter sports at Sunapee. Perfect! Free coffee and tea in lobby, pool, game room for kids.

The coffee served at hotel was not hot and the cup was too small. There was no regular milk. I found some hair balls in the room. Over all I liked the bluebird Sunapee and wanted to stay again. Hope the room will be cleaner and the coffee will be hotter.

The rooms on the first floor were very dark and cold (no artwork on walls and limited furniture). Not super comfortable. The two chairs in the room to sit in were about as uncomfortable as any chairs I’ve ever sat in.

I liked that you can walk to the state beach from Hotel. The common areas were very warm and inviting and I appreciated the coffee station. The pool was excellent as well.

Our room was right next to the pool and game room so it was a bit loud even after they “closed” at 9pm. However, things quieted down around 10pm so it wasn’t too bad but I would request a room farther away next time

A bit bare bones but loved the location and the pool and a little trail directly to sunapee lake behind the property!
