The location is amazing, you are right next to the beach and boardwalk and the main shopping area, I enjoyed being walking distance from the cafes and bakeries and souvenir shops. The room I had was very clean and didn't have that weird mildewy smell being by the water. Excellent !

Room has kitchenette without a surface to sit and eat at. Balcony was so riddled with ac noise you couldn’t hear the ocean. Lack of communication on when housekeeping comes to room which led to over flowing trash can. TV lacking the ability to mirror like most smart tvs was also disappointing. selection of tv channels was limited and no pool chairs on beach. The roof indoor pool needed to be skimmed - many bugs. I wish the bar was up and running.

There were a few hiccups that fell short of the otherwise high standards. Upon arrival, the kitchen appliances needed a thorough wipe-down, which was disappointing. The ice maker didn’t work, and the bathroom sink had a stubborn clog and we had to call maintenance. Despite these small setbacks, Ocean Suites provided a relaxing and memorable getaway. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a serene escape by the sea.

They charge for parking, even in the off season. I got charged and didn't even park in the garage. I used the free street parking (free after September 15th). Check in time was supposed to be 4 PM, but we didn't get in our room until after 5 PM! No exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Location was great, right on the boardwalk. The room was a nice size with a balcony and view of the beach/ocean. Breakfast was awesome. It was the same everyday except they switched out Pancakes for French Toast.

The breakfast was good, but the hot food was Luke warm. Breakfast was completely self serv, not even salt/pepper or silverware on the table. Cloth napkins would have been a nice touch instead of thin paper napkins (like you would find at McDonadls). Yes, breakfast was free, but for a $400 a night room I expected more. After our 3rd night we had to ask for our room to be cleaned, we were out of towels and TP. Most hotels will have a sheet on the top and under of the comforter, they did not have a bottom sheet, I thought that was odd. There was something spilled at the bottom of the kitchen trash can that smelled really disgusting.

The hotel and our room was well decorated, everything was in good working order. The staff was cheerful and helpful. The location was on the beach, near restaurants and shopping was perfect.

Cleaning the room and changing towels every other day is not compatible with the price paid. Also the cleaning when done, was really poor.

Friendly staff, amazing location, and the hotel was stunning. Loved the pool and being beachfront. This is a dog friendly hotel, and we love our pets! We do not travel with our pets because they tend to bark when alone. The room next to us had a dog barking non-stop from 4 pm to the past 9 pm.. We did call the front desk and they offered to move us but our youngest child had fallen asleep. I was contacted by the general manager within 24 hours, and he apologized profusely. The hotel did all the could to try and make it right. This is not a fault of the hotel, but pet parents should be more responsible when traveling. I highly commend the response of the hotel as they took our complaint seriously and followed up quickly. Would definitely stay again!

Thin walls. We could hear our neighbors like they were in our room. Not as clean as expected, ie kitchen dishes had not been cleaned, bathroom had various hair and dust balls. Front desk crew (at various times) not knowledgeable. Our rooms were not ready until almost 6pm. No compensation given other than a drink ticket when I stood there in silence.

Beachfront. Rooms were good size. Kitchenette was very useful. Could see the ocean from side balcony. Close to boardwalk stores and restaurants.

We arrived earlier and the gentleman for car tag was very nice , welcome us promptly and said our room is available for check in. I was happy about that we didn’t have to wait few more hours check in. The distance to the beach is good.
