Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Hallways are so dark Room was so small
Front desk staff is great. Pools are nice Location is excellent. Copper Dog is good for lunch and dinner. Right near The Point and Honky Tonk Saloon.

1.) Upon check in, I was given a dirty room, it appeared the precious occupants had not checked out. 2.) There’s no elevator ( it was never shared if there was) and the steps are very very steep. It was difficult with my daughter carrying her belongings. 3.) Thr walls are paper thin, my neighbor sounded like she was in my room and loved to talk on the phone; so that was an inconvenience. 4.) One morning I was awaken by loud banging and drilling… it was very annoying.
I loved the convenience of the location and the accessibility of the parking lot. The room overall was spacious. The water was hot and stayed hot while my whole family showered.

The rooms are noisy. You could hear everything going on in the hallway and the doors close so loudly. The beds and pillows were not comfortable and the parking lot was so congested.
The hotel was clean and a decent size for 2 people.

It could have been cleaner. The steps going up and down the steps could have been swept daily or a couple times a day. The floor in the bathroom of the room could have been cleaned much better.

The cleaning staff must not have spoken ANY English because I asked them to clean my room, left the door tag out that said, Please Make Up Room and the gentleman assured me he would take care of it....but they never went into my room. I did go to the front desk and was able to get my own clean towels, but having the bed made up would have been nice. And the door to my room was almost stuck shut. I had to use my full weight to push the door open. I did alert the front desk staff and they told me they would have it fixed, but of course, this didn't happen during my stay.
The room was very clean, but very tight fit for a king size bed. Another foot or two would have made a world of difference. This coming from my 7 year old. But, the bathroom was huge for a hotel room. And clean and well stocked.

Room was small. Lights outside made it hard to get it dark in room to sleep at night. Bed could have used a nice blanket.

Cleanliness of the room. Honestly it was gross. Floors were so dirty. We had to ask for the floors to be cleaned; both swept and mopped. You could tell the sinks and showers are not washed regularly with soap scum on the doors and handles. We could see light the whole way around the door to the room so it clearly was not measured correctly.
The property location was fantastic. We parked the car and walked everywhere over the weekend.

Small room, bed was super close to the door when entering. The parking lot was tight. And the price was a bit too high.

There was no maid service for a two night stay, so no fresh towels or garbage pickup. The front desk said that we would have to tell them that we wanted that. I have never seen that.
