The walls are thin. I could hear my neighbours very clearly. Hotel has a no party after 10pm policy but people still have guests and you can hear every syllable. Bring ear plugs. Also, my room wasn't cleaned for the 4 nights I was there. Perhaps I needed to request it. Management should clean the rooms as a matter of policy.

The location to the Bishop Arts district was great. Walk across the street for some great food, wine, craft beer, entertainment. Funky district in Dallas. And the hotel was decent. Clean enough, comfy bed, loads of towels. Overall the hotel management was very responsive.

Very clean apartment! It's set in a great location close to one of the best BBQ smoke houses I have ever been to. Great bars and facilities all within walking distance of a very nice, clean and friendly neighbourhood. The information pack provided by the host in the apartment was great! Any and all information you could need was in there. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dallas to stay here, should I come back, I would stay here again. Thank you!

I liked everything about the property- zero complaints

Everything was perfect - First time to Dallas to view the eclipse for me - 58 year old and my 28 year old son and his 2 friends - the property is beautiful- perfectly located, safe, and the staff are wonderful - great dining and shopping, coffee shops, barbecue, nightlife all within easy walking distance-

The surface of the concrete counters in the kitchen were badly worn/peeling. No longer sealed and hence difficult to keep clean.

The bed in apartment 5 was super low! Not sure if all apartments have such low beds but if you struggle to get in & out of bed this would not be for you. Otherwise no complaints.

Bishops Arts Hotel is a small block of apartments in the Bishops Arts area of Dallas. It’s a vibrant residential area full of independent shops, cafes, restaurants & bars. The hotel is in a perfect location - everything is right on its doorstep. I strongly recommend a coffee & doughnut at Salty’s. The apartment itself was well furnished & had plenty of towels, toilet roll etc. It comes with free Wi Fi & a parking space - a huge bonus. We exchanged a few messages prior to arrival with the host & they were always helpful, friendly & prompt in their responses.

Only two coat hangers. Other than that was amazing. We did have an issue with getting our suitcases out of the room. We were allowed to leave the suitcases in the room as check out was 11am and we didn’t leave for the airport till 1pm. Having a place to store suitcases would be great. When we went back to the room we couldn’t get in. The cleaner wouldn’t allow assess until she was notified by Alex the host and we couldn’t get hold of him. It was sorted but delayed us leaving to get to the airport.

The location was amazing we loved the bishop arts district and would definitely stay here again. The apartment was amazing, very clean and comfortable. The only thing I would complain about is there was only two cost hangers between us all. We decided to live out of our suitcases. There was a wardrobe but with no hangers was hard to unpack.

The Wi-Fi did not match the networks and felt very odd. the sink decide to clog for some reason, and did not want to drain. other than that, those were my only Gripes about the place.

the Place was beautiful and felt very cozy and relaxing to stay. I love how clean the Plates and glasses were, it felt like a Tiny Luxury Hotel. and the water pressure was great.

I was in a first floor unit and could hear the people in the unit above me pretty clearly. Fortunately, they were not loud and respectful of the time of day, so no real issues.

Great location and very clean facilities. Nice folder with tips on places to eat and see in the area.

Mainly the other guest in the building was abit loud and made too much noise at times. It scared my girlfriend at times. We even had someone try to open our door. But fortunately the door was fully locked and nothing bad happened. Other than that had some WiFi issues once we arrived but thanks to our host, they helped us out with the issue.

This is a wonderful place to be with your partner. My girlfriend and I spent a week at this place and our valentines aswell. Highly recommend if any couple want a romantic gateway in the bishop arts area. Definitely would book here again.

I have never had a better experience at any hotel and I travel year round for work . I absolutely would recommend this place to everyone . As soon as they have an opening I will be going back to finish out my stay in Dallas..

Little more attention to cleanliness of the apartment but overall good. Only had half a roll of TP available as well.

Location of the property couldn’t be better for a trip to Bishop Arts District. Communication with the Host is excellent.
