Unfortunately had to switch midway through my stay due to air conditioning vent in the ceiling leaking water and the entire apartment was musty and the floor had water damage. Just an FYI, the staff did not respect the "Do not disturb" tag on the door. It would be nice if the on site store had more to choose from.

The location was perfect. The pool areas were very well kept. Very clean walkways. Front desk staff were helpful. Especially Terri who helped me switching rooms due to multiple malfunctions in original room. Regardless, I would return to the resort.

I love the property, it’s a great location, close to all the parks, great for the family , I recommend it so much, if you going on vacation with your family this is the resort that you need to stay , I love it and I would stay again next year with my family.

One concern was the locking system: unlike what's commonly found in Europe or Asia, the property lacked an internal lock that fully secures the door from the inside. This might be standard practice locally, but it felt a bit unsettling, especially knowing a child could potentially open the door and exit without restriction. Another consideration was the parking policy. To avoid being towed, guests were required to place a notice on the windscreen. While understandable, this could easily be forgotten, leading to unnecessary complications. It might be more convenient and guest-friendly for the resort to simply record the vehicle's registration instead of relying on guests to remember to display the card. Additionally, the shuttle service to Disney World had a fairly rigid schedule, which made it difficult for guests to be flexible with their start or end times. Given the size of Disney World and the unpredictability of outings with children, coordinating with the shuttle timetable was particularly challenging.

We arrived at the resort late in the evening and found it peaceful, with convenient access to Disney World. Ample parking was available, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The bedrooms offered a good level of comfort. Although the air conditioning was somewhat noisy, discovering a washing machine—despite it not being advertised—was a pleasant surprise. The nearby supermarket was very convenient, and the resort provided a generous supply of towels, bed sheets, and soaps, which made the stay more comfortable. The staff were pleasant and helpful throughout our visit, and although we didn’t have time to explore them, the resort offered several family-friendly programs that seemed well thought out and inviting.

Accessible room was too close to housekeeping area, right outside our front door.

They seem to be having issues with the keys. Every night we had to go to the front desk to have the card validated. It got a bit frustrating by the end of the week.

The location was excellent. We like spending our nights at Disney Springs which is only 10 minutes away. The parks are all within 25 minutes.

Villa was a bit dirtier than preferred. Spa tub was good but not cleaned/maintained properly. Water heater was not sufficient enough to accommodate the large spa tub.
