The property was advertised as a newly renovated place, but it was not renovated. It was very dated, but clean.

The property had a great location right on the ocean and the staff was very friendly.

The carpet was dirty not that it needed vacuuming just needed to be cleaned

The breakfast bar was excellent as for the room the carpet needed cleaning look like it hadn't been cleaned in long while and the refrigerator door would not open unless you tilted it back because it sat lower than the carpet the help was real friendly my rating does not reflect their service I will give them a overall grade of 5.5

The building is a bit outdated but rooms seem to be newly renovated. The room was awesome but the corner setup was awkward. Front desk staff were awesome. Tyreikus is AMAZING! Loved access to Breakers property. Loved our short stay. Will definitely be back.

The elevators have no air flow or ventilation. It was very hot in them. The balcony is tiny but has a great view. At around 230am, I left my shoes at the bottom of the stairs to go onto the beach and when I came back 10 minutes later they had been stolen :(

The room was clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub are very large and clean. The Oceanfront view is awesome. Breakfast both mornings was wonderful! The buffet food stayed fresh and full and coffee stayed brewed.

I do wish you upgrade a bit. Although it is clean, there is a lot of wear and tear and is need of some updating. I left for a tour early one morning and the staff member Mike seemed a bit annoyed when I wanted to purchase a bottle of water. But it was surprising when I arrived at 9am for breakfast and there was nothing available! The hot dishes were ALL empty, as was the cereal and bread /bagels were also empty. I wasn't expecting to have to go out to get breakfast.

I was there last year and looked forward to returning for a relaxing few days. I like the location of The Strand, the pool and that the ocean is so close. The day time bartender is very friendly and personable.

The bathroom even though it had a fan, everything was dripping wet from condensation after one shower. Walls, floor, and countertop. Also the carpet was visibly very dirty; I wouldn’t walk around bare foot I wore my sandals when walking around because my socks felt nasty. The standard room was very crowded.

The free breakfast was good. Better to go as early as you can to avoid a crowded room. Very close to the beach. And not too much traffic when crossing the street to get to parking garage. We didn’t order from the restaurant/kitchen at the hotel but there were many places close enough to walk to get food or drink. Beds are comfy and they give you enough pillows. Nice view of the ocean.

The elevators were horrendous, hot and stuffy, slow working, and the wood flooring inside them were all torn up. Parking garage is EXTREMELY TIGHT! Bed sheets and pillows had yellow and other colored stains on them, and bathroom had pink stains on wall. They have a Bad ant problem on back patio, we were getting bit up!

The back patio facing the beach had an amazing view and was very pretty. The view from our room was gorgeous and the look of the room met our expectation, this property is amazing for couples. The staff was amazing and so so sweet. The water proof wrist band for our room key was such a good idea!

I understand this hotel was busy. The elevator wait times were a bit long. Our bathroom door didn't shut properly....I really do not have any complaints.

The room was nice and clean. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool area was so clean, and everyone had space to enjoy. The breakfast was ok. My son enjoyed the biscuits. Wonderful view from our room. Room had everything needed for cooking. Loved having a washer and dryer in the room.

The parking garage is very tight especially if you have a SUV. The up and down turns were very scary. You had to be very careful so you wouldn’t hit the walls or any incoming vehicles

Breakfast could have been improved. Maybe we didn't go early enough but it seemed chaotic and slim pickings when we went. It doesn't look like the pictures haha but it was decent enough. The walls are pretty thin so if you have neighbors you will probably hear each other throughout your stays. There was a stale kind of smell in our room that was weird but a candle did the trick enough.

The location was perfect. Walkable with convenient ubers available. Shoutout to Tariques and Tiana! (Sorry if i misspelled either of your names)They were very welcoming behind the bar and front desk. Getting to and from the beach was easy and ideal. Our room was spacious and had a washer and dryer which came in handy even more than i thought it would.

Overall, the staff was not friendly. The front desk was especially rude, and the man who refilled the breakfast items was not nice at all — very rude. Only the male bartender and one other staff member were pleasant; the rest were quite unpleasant.

Obviously the view of the Atlantic Ocean is the selling point. Access to the beach was great. Facility was clean and had what we needed. Breakfast was good.
