The only problem I did have is the day we were checking out at 10:30 AM. The cleaning staff without knocking on the door, entered my hotel room even though I have the tag on the door outside do not disturb and we were getting dressed.

The location was fine. The booking was fine. The rooms were nice and cleaned. The staff in the office were very helpful and courteous.

Nice hotel for the price, good location on our way to Key West. We mostly ate next door at the fancy hotel. The staff was very nice and the room was clean and comfortable. There was easy parking, I would go back.

If I stay again, I definitely want to be on first floor. Room did not even have a paper cup to drink water. I had to go to office to get a cup. I have just not seen this before, anywhere. However, I would stay again.

There wasn't much to dislike except they could use more umbrellas around the pool.

A bit messy around the pool, other guest left their stuff lying around the pool for a couple days and leaves in and around the pool.

Room was very comfortable. Lovely ocean view from the property and loungers on the sand was quite nice. Had jet ski rental right on the property.

Natural sea debris at the beach’s shoreline made entry into the water inaccessible. Maybe coffee makers with coffee and a couple cups for use for drinking tap water would be helpful.

Ou group has been going there for many years (10-15). Every year we book 3-4 rooms for a week. The place has changed over the years - with the biggest changes happening over the last 2-3 years. A boat rental company now occupies many of the boat slips. Remaining slips are now double the price of just a year ago. Rooms no longer have a pull out coach but we pay $30 a night for a roll away bed. Lots of new staff and some are not helpful or friendly - while others are wonderful. Prior clientele were mainly there to fish due to the great location. It seems now that at least some guests are there to ‘party’. We had a negative experience this past trip with a group who brought a suitcase sized speaker and blared music so loud from their patio that we could not hold conversations in the pool area! We like to location and are ok with some of the changes but it may be time to seek a different venue for future trips.

Our room was at the front near the road so there was traffic noise. There was also a neon sign right outside our window which lit up our room at night making it difficult to sleep. Would recommend booking a room away from the road.

Fantastic location on the waterfront and marina. Within walking distance of Bud & Mary’s marina and a couple of restaurants and bars. Nice beach area with loungers and pool. Room was lovely, very clean and with comfortable beds. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was no real downsides

Good location nearby nice restaurants and shops. The hotel was probably a motel in the past with a vintage look but it's all very new. Private beach, picnic tables and barbecue pits are a plus.

As some rooms were undergoing renovation there was a substantial amount of noise during the day.

The friendliness and the amenities. The vibe was family friendly with many repeat clients. I felt safe and comfortable.
