I wanted a first floor room but I ended up on the second floor instead. I'm handicapped and have a hard time getting upstairs and downstairs. It was very icy and no salt was used. Even though the balconys were marked 250.00 fine people still smoked on them. What I don't understand why some people think rules don't apply to them. The door was hard to open.

Check out was an early 10am. $25 for another hour. You have to bag up your garbage and leave it outside the room too.

They gave us a first floor room a week or two prior to our stay and on the way to Marquette I got a text saying they moved us to the second floor. We were not happy! I mentioned that we were on the first floor and they said that we didn't request 1st floor. I didn't have to request 1st floor because i had a first floor room. So why would I request 1st floor when I was already staying on the 1st floor. They should have called me to ask if it would have been OK. The For of us Were NOT HAPPY!

The Brentwood looked like it was built in the 70's, updated in the 90s. The bathroom and carpet were very dated and the carpet, very stained. That said, it was clean and, being relatively inexpensive, the value was excellent. The area is now surrounded by big chains and box stores, so not a pleasant strolling area but close to amenities. The grounds had BBQs and fire pits and could benefit from some TLC. If you want more, you need to pay more.

It seems that it now forms a part of a grouping of adjacent motels operated centrally from the Cedar Inn, where in-person staff was located. I had reason to visit the staff and they were super friendly and helpful.

The office chair had stains and was very displeasing, the carpet was very stained. I understand that you have animals but I think it could have been cleaned a bit better. The ac unit needed cleaning and needs to be checked.

I don't like being emailed the code for the door lock. Email is not secure. This made me feel uneasy about the security of the room.

There was no breakfast. But I thought there was when I made the reservation.

Had a wedding at 4, came from a long way to find out we could not check in early even though our room was ready! Very inconvenient. Grounds could use some garbage(cigarettes)clean up and weeds pulled. Bathroom was dirty, not clean.

The size of the TV for the room was small. The faucet for the shower was hard to adjust to a good temperature. The tub needed to be cleaned.

The size of the room is amazing. Having the recliners were great. It is nice having a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.

Very old & outdated. Bathroom was extremely old, did not want to use shower due to dark spots & chips in tub & surround. Carpet in main room was iffy!
