We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaWe came for a wedding down the street, so we had to get ready beforehand. The lighting in the room was great for a calming effect, but was VERY dim. There was a single brighter bulb in the bathroom, but it reflected weird and was not useful. Only an issue because of the wedding, but otherwise we LOVED the room.
Wonderful ambiance! I wish we had stayed longer to be able to use the kitchenette to its fullest, but only stayed a night. The flow of the room was very nice and made it feel like a resort.

United States of AmericaThe coffee was quite pricey, so it would be nice to have another option, either in the lobby or in the hotel's restaurant that is free for guests.
Breakfast wasn't provided, but there was a small cafe in the lobby to buy coffee or pastries. The rooms were minimalist and so clean with a nice sitting area. Bed was SO comfy, and the bathroom was well appointed and modern. The food at Soma is delicious, and the bar staff is top notch and extremely attentive.

United States of AmericaThis was a quaint little boutique hotel. They had only been open 2 months when we visited. The staff was superb and were always willing to help. I loved that it was in a quiet location but the shuttle was quick to drop us off and pick us up wherever we needed downtown. That is such a bonus. Another plus is they have a REAL coffee shop downstairs, it's not a rebranded Starbucks. We tried 4 different specials in the 3 days we were there and every single one was delicious. I love the hotel decor and although it was cold in Tulsa when we went, the outside accommodations were very welcoming. We went upstairs to the restaurant but never got to eat there, as their schedule and ours never worked for us, but I hope to go back and try it. We will recommend this hotel to everyone we know, when they go to Tulsa.

United States of AmericaI loved the modern decor, including polished concrete floors and counters. There are some area rugs, but the bare concrete was a little cold on the feet. Same deal with the lighting in the bathroom - super tasteful and modern but more actual light wouldn’t hurt.
Older building recently repurposed and remodeled in the most elegant and modern way. Super clean and new, awesome (really excellent) rooftop restaurant and bar named “Soma”. Friendly staff - so friendly, you felt like every interaction was with someone that owns the place. Great coffee and lattes in the cafe downstairs. Pastries there too, but we didn’t indulge. Loved the friendly doorman, handling bags and greeting us at our Uber. Way exceeded my expectations all the way around.

United States of AmericaThere was a coffee maker, but the coffee had to be stirred vigorously to dissolve. There were no swizzle sticks or spoons provided to stir. I uses the ice tongs! My only other complaint is that the floors, room and bathrrom, were very cold due to being concrete. They do provide slippers.
The bed and pillows were very comfortable! The room was very quiet. I slept very well! Towels were large and very absorbant, which I like. I appreciated the complemetary robe as it was very cold in my room until the heater kicked in!

United States of AmericaThey don't have the vending machines right now, but they are coming soon, so your options for onsite quick snacks and drinks is limited. However, the food served at the coffee bar was excellent!
The hotel just opened, and the room was amazing! Very spacious and roomy. The layout was nice and open. The bathroom was perfect! Great shower, all clean, superb water pressure! The rooftop restaurant was incredible!

Everyone was so nice the room and Hotel was beautifully decorated and clean from the roof top restaurant to the lounge and cafe area. The staff was awesome and the shuttle driver Jonathan was very nice and knowledgeable. Next time I go to Tulsa I will definitely stay there. Very reasonably price too!

United States of AmericaSuggestions: kitchenette was advertised; that being the case, there should be a microwave. The room sleeps 4, but there only 2 cups and glasses. Ice bucket should be bigger if you have to traipse to the basement to get ice. There should be a grab bar in the shower. A comfortable chair with a back would be a plus
Room was spacious. Beds were nice. The industrial look was fun. So was the rooftop. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The shuttle service is a big plus.

United States of AmericaThe entrance and the parking. It was awkward when you come in and you don’t see a “front desk” and the self parking is too far away from the front. I did not see any other way to get to my room besides the front door. It was not like any other hotel which can be good or confusing.
It was very clean and had a great concept. You could tell it was new and some things were thought all the way through but it was still very nice.
